Captiva Villa ligger på en charmig privat körfält i hjärtat av Captiva, bara några minuters promenad från golfstranden. Detta rymliga fritidshus har 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och sover 8-10. Master Suite har en king size-säng, eld-TV med Blu Ray DVD, bricka tak med takfläkt och angränsande badkar. Det andra sovrummet ligger också på 1: a våningen och har 2 dubbelsängar plus ett angränsande badrum med badkar. Den tredje (drottningen) BR och den fjärde (kungen) BR är anslutna och ligger på andra våningen. Detta arrangemang fungerar bra för en familj, eftersom de är på ett separat golv med komplett badrum. TV: er med videobandspelare eller DVD-spelare, takfläktar finns i varje rum. Det finns ett pentry med handfat, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn på detta golv och har tillgång till båda taket. Andra våningen kan ha egen ingång.
Captiva Villa är fullt möblerad med alla bekvämligheter inklusive AC / värme, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, fullt utrustat kök, sängkläder, handdukar, startmaterial, 5 TV: er, videobandspelare, DVD, stereo, CD-spelare, i-dockningsstation, fax / skrivare / kopiator, höghastighets / trådlöst internet och gratis inhemsk långväga. Den 10x40 skärmad poolen är uppvärmd. Lanai har en matplats komplett med propangasgrill och takfläkt. En avskärmad veranda från matsalen och köket har utsikt över frodig tropisk landskapsarkitektur. Taket på taket ger ett privat utrymme att koppla av. Captiva Villa uppdateras ständigt för att göra din vistelse så bekväm som möjligt - 2015: Nya fåfängar med granitbänk allt badrum, nytt kylskåp, ny tvättmaskin. 2016: ny spis, nya MBR-möbler, ny poolvärmare. 2017: ny AC-enhet 2018: ny mikrovågsugn, torktumlare, 2: a AC-enheten. 2019: grill, solstolar i poolen 2020: färsk interiör och yttre färg

Peaceful, tranquil retreat

The pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful warm inviting retreat. Anything you could need for a perfect vacation was there. The accommodations were very comfortable and it was nice to have games for the adults and toys for our 3 year old. It was an easy walk to the beach or local shops. I appreciate the owner provided a cart to use for beach equipment. We loved the owners tip to attend the islands farmers market. It was amazing.

Great property and very well stocked! Owner was very attentive. Short walk to the beach and the village. Close enough that you dont need a golf cart.

Family Week of Fun

Grandpa and Grandma along with grown married kids and 3 grandkids came for a week of fun. The home worked great for each family having privacy for naps and early to bed, and adults could chill on screened porch or massive family room. The pool was so fun and a nice short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, dolphin cruise, chartered fishing, and daily walks. Home is well stocked throughout in all areas. I would highly recommend this home! Lots of memories were made here. Thank you so much Karen.

Fantastic Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home on Captiva. Our group of 6 adults had plenty of space to gather together, yet the home was large enough for every couple to have their own space. The home was well stocked and the home owner replied immediately with any questions I had. The location was perfect because it was a very quick walk to either the beach or restaurants. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and pool floats. I would not hesitate to book this home again. It was a wonderful experience!

Family vacation

Villa Captiva is a beautiful home. It has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation - a very well equipped kitchen, high chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, comfortable beds, plenty of space…. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival. It’s a short walk to the beach along a private lane and within walking distance to everything in the heart of Captiva. The photos do not do it justice. Karen is an outstanding host. She was communicative and quick to respond with any questions. We can’t wait to go back.

Family Fun!

Well equipped comfortable home on beautiful Captiva island. We loved the proximity to beach with gorgeous sunsets as well as local restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Pool and grill area is lovely. Owners are quick to respond and answer any questions. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful beach home and great walk to beach!

The home is amazing! Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could need. Beach towels, coolers, cornhole, sand toys, wagons for hauling, a beautiful outdoor screened pool/deck were all part of our VRBO. The owner was wonderfully communicative and the cleaning service were superb. We had never been to Captiva and the lazy stroll down the sand covered quiet Laika Lane brought back memories of living in Hawaii as a young child. The beach was beautiful with soft sand and constantly visited by diving pelicans, seagulls and sandpipers. The dolphins were constant companions as well with pod after pod swimming and jumping nearby. A quick walk to quaint shops, eateries and a small grocery store were an added bonus. We didn't have to drive anywhere!

A great home away from home

This was a perfect home away from home. This trip was the first time bringing together two families and the house was perfect for that. The upstairs felt like a completely separate unit which was perfect for what we needed. Also I have three children under 4 and there were pack and plays and even a monitor to keep an eye on them while they were napping. This house came with it all. Thanks Karen!

Great house and host

This is a gem of a property. Located walking distance from Captiva center on a lovely street near the beach. Beautiful house and lovely host. We had the grandparents who slept in the master suite. One family of four in the room with two beds. The other family shared the other two rooms because you have to walk through the bedroom with the kitchen to get to the other bedroom with a king/queen. Each group had their own private bathroom. The main space was lovely, kitchen fully equipped and the pool was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

Captiva Villa

Beautiful house with pool in downtown Captiva , close to beach , restaurants and stores. Every thing you could need or want . House clean and well stocked for with all the stuff you need for a great beach vacation…..beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, boogie boards, shell nets , wagons etc . House well stocked with all the kitchen and cooking supplies you would need. Games and puzzles and books for rainy days . Would highly recommend staying here.

We began coming to Captiva many years ago, and eventually bought the Captiva Villa in 1999. Our children grew up coming to the island as often as we possibly could! Eventually, we moved to the area permanently, and we still go out to the island as often as we can!
