The updated kitchen features a large breakfast bar, granite countertops, tumbled tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. The open dining room has seating for six with an additional table off the living room with seating for four (additional dining or the perfect game table). The beautiful, decorated living room features soaring ceilings, a flat-screen television, comfortable seating, and more floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the deck.

The large loft overlooking the living room, features four twin beds, skylights, and an attached bathroom. The high wall overlooking the living room gives you peace of mind yet still provides an open feel.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with rattan accents, a flat-screen tv, relaxing pool views, and an attached bathroom. The attached bath features a tile and glass shower and a vanity with granite countertops.

Also on the main level is another bedroom with a queen bed, views of the pool, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom features a tiled shower.

The fourth-bedroom suite is privately located in the Cabana House adjacent to the pool. This bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, individual heating and cooling, and an attached bathroom with a large, tiled shower.
