Nyligen renoverade, utsikt över bukten och golfvagn!

Välkommen till den nyrenoverade lägenheten på Heron Walk centralt beläget i Sandestin Resort. När du går genom ytterdörren kommer du att vara nedsänkt i den hisnande utsikten över Choctawatchee Bay. Koppla av på uteplatsen med en kopp kaffe eller slappna av dagen med en kvällscoctail.

Lägenheten har totalrenoverats med ett nytt kök, badrum, plankegolvgolv, färg, nya apparater och helt nya möbler.

De orörda vita sandstränderna vid Smaragdkusten ligger ett par minuters golfvagnsresa bort. Du kommer inte bli besviken!

En 4-passagerare 2017 EZ-GO golfvagn är tillgänglig för din användning. Ett golfkartavtal måste bekräftas vid bokningen.

Village of Baytowne Wharf ligger en 3 minuters golfvagnsresa bort. Där hittar du aktiviteter för alla åldrar. Restauranger, shopping, barer, arkad, zip-linjer, repbanor, trampoliner och en lekplats. Kolla in deras webbplats för att hitta speciella festligheter som pågår under hela året!

Best Place in Baytowne Wharf!

We have been staying in Baytowne for the last 10 years and this is our favorite place we have ever stayed! Very Clean, Comfortable, and perfect location for a family beach stay. Things we loved: - Not having to deal with Condo elevators with Kids for trips to and from the beach, grocery store, or out to eat - Golf cart is very nice and the 6 seater is great for loading up the beach stuff and still being able to seat everyone comfortably - The patio view of the bay and boats are beautiful - The firework show on Tuesday night is a perfect view from the Patio - So many other great things and a perfect stay We will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was amazing. We had everything we needed at the condo pots, pans, utensils etc. Having the golf cart was great going all over the property. It was enough room for myself, husband and 2 kids (6 and 4 years old). The owners were great and answered questions when we had a question.

Beuatiful condo!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful condo! Everything was so nice and clean and all brand new! It was the perfect size for our family. There were TVs in the living room AND both bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, two full baths, a washer and dryer, plenty of towels and bedding, a screened in porch with a beautiful view, and it was a fabulous location! Sandestin Resort has so many great amenities - walking and biking trails, pool, short tram ride to the gorgeous beach, shopping, dining, activities, and more! Melissa was very easy to work with and the check in and out procedure was quick and smooth! We can't wait to go back again!

Great stay!

The place was newly renovated and very nice and clean. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The owners also accommodated our need to extend our stay unexpectedly and were very kind and easy to work with. The gold cart is very nice as well. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back soon!

2nd Summer in Paradise!

Our 2nd summer spent in this condo and it was better than the last!! Super clean when we arrived, ice cold a/c, towels for the beach, and of course the best part THE GOLF CART!! Without having the golf cart, getting around would be a lot more of an ordeal but you just hop on and ride around the entire area of Baytowne Wharf and Directly to the beach! Beach was awesome! We love this place and will continue to go back!

Perfect Family Getaway!!

The owners make it super easy and relaxing to stay here. The golf cart is amazing and so easy to take around the resort. There is something to do for the family every night at Baytowne Wharf and Live Music too! Pull the golf cart right up to the beach and enjoy the food and drinks all around on the beach and at the pool. Beautiful water and sunsets! Nice Marina, Baytowne, pools, and beach all around you. Finally (And most importantly) the condo was super clean, I mean immaculately clean!!! Thank you so much for a perfect vacation and great memory!!!!

Beautiful condo/Caring owners

The condo is just as great looking as the pictures if not better. It was the perfect size for my husband and two kids (age 7 and 11). Having the golf cart was huge and we loved visiting Jolee island and Baytowne Wharf, as well as the pool and beach, all within minutes away. The pool nearest to the condo was under construction but the next closest wasn’t a golf cart ride away and was heated! (Something we needed with a bit cooler weather). We were there on our spring break and while the temps weren’t as high as we had hoped, the condo was perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful time and you can tell the owners truly care about their guests needs and want them to have the best experience possible. If I had any questions or concerns I would get a reply back immediately and the biggest testament is when one of the owners traveled hours to come and fix a minor issue.

Great place, great owner. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that there was no dishwasher soap, no hand soap, only one garbage bag, and only one roll of toilet paper... for a week stay. We figured we had to bring shampoo/body wash, but were hoping the above items would have been provided. Other than that this place was great.

This condo was beautiful in every way. It appeared to have been recently updated.

This location was perfect for golfers and those who love the ocean. It was easy to get to the ocean or golf courses. The condo was in a gated community which was immaculately maintained. The condo was abundantly furnished with towels, kitchen supplies, 3 televisions, and superior quality kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. When we had trouble figuring out the TV operation, Melissa returned my phone call to immediately talk to me to give me directions for the TVs. She also sent several text messages asking if there were any problems or questions. I certainly would recommend this property to anyone. I give it a 5 star rating!

Beautiful & relaxing rental in Miramar Beach!!

We absolutely loved this rental in Miramar Beach! It has been beautifully renovated and looks even better in person than in the pictures (if that is possible!) It was pristine and well maintained. Melissa was SO nice and if I ever had a question she responded promptly. We have 3 boys and they were in heaven walking to the pier every morning to fish. It is walking distance to Baytown Wharf & Village and the shops, restaurants, and Publix!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

We have been vacationing in the Sandestin Resort area for the past 3 years and finally this year we decided to purchase a condo to give ourselves an opportunity to spend more time here. Everything you are looking for is available for a great family vacation; beach, water sports, great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc... I hope you will enjoy it as much as we have.
