Denna uthyrning innefattar användning av en golfbil. Vår pittoreska två sovrum, två badrum stuga i Laurel Grove ligger vid slutet av en lugn cul-de-sac, och tillsammans med en pittoresk catch and release fiske damm i Sandestin® Resort. Laurel Grove är bland anläggningens nyaste och mest vackra kvarter. Laurel Grove Klubbhuset är en kort promenad bort (ca 70 varv) och har en privat gym, uppvärmd pool, bubbelpool, fåtöljer, och utomhus BBQ grill med en mini-kök. Vår snyggt stuga stil hem är utformad med semesterfirare i åtanke. Inredningen är färska, glada, och inbjuder dig att koppla av. Med trägolv och bekväma sittplatser, är vardagsrummet centrala vardagsrum och leder till en gammaldags tillbaka veranda genom franska dörrar. En stor platt-tv och DVD-spelare finns i vardagsrummet tillsammans med en bäddsoffa. Vårt fullt utrustade kök har bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror och allt som behövs för att piska upp din favoritmåltid, inklusive en Keurig. Det finns matplats för sex gäster, och uteservering på baksidan veranda. Så sitta en stund och njuta av en härlig damm vy från baksidan.

Den första nivån sovrummet svit är inredd med en bekväm king size-säng, en underhållning armoire, gott om garderobsutrymme, och bekv��m tillgång till baksidan. The Laurel Grove Cottage has been our place to go to for the last 3 years.

Perfect house, perfect trip!

Wonderful Trip!

Great location! The golf carts were a super plus for getting around. My 10 year old loved them! Ha This was our first year to stay in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort area. We will most definitely be back! The house was clean and perfect for us. We never had to buy ice, the ice maker made plenty. Beds were very comfortable. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas to the beach and it worked out great being up front and close. The only thing I could say was that the internet may need a new router. I was continuously having to unplug and reboot it. It lost signal A LOT! Thanks for sharing your place with us!! Hoping to book year two in a few weeks!!

Cute property in great community!

Overall we had a great stay here! House was clean and updated. Kitchen was stocked fairly well. All the beds/mattresses were amazing! We slept well. Hall bath shower handle was broken on arrival, but beach blue was prompt in their response and had it fixed within a day. Front porch is not very inviting. Porch ceiling and walls/furniture were covered in dirt and bugs/cobwebs. It could use a good cleaning. Grill had three empty propane tanks, so we couldn’t use the grill on the day we intended, but they replaced the tank the next day, so should be good to go for next renters. Just fyi, the washer is great, but the dryer does not dry clothes well. We had to run it a few cycles to get our clothes dry. We had better luck with drying on the “easy care” setting. The golf carts were a nice amenity to have and we used them everyday. FYI, The orange one does not have a parking brake so it can roll on uneven surfaces. We just parked it in places where it wouldn’t roll, or we put something behind the wheel. The silver golf cart back seat is not secured so it can slide off. I would not put your Littles back there, and the safety rail on the front passenger side is loose. We did tell the management company so it can be addressed. The house is in a great community within the resort. Everyone we met was so nice and the pool was always fun.

This house is perfect for your Sandestin vacation. The house was clean, well decorated, and the perfect quiet neighborhood. When we go back to Sandestin we will most definitely stay in this property again.

Perfect place to stay. The house was charming and was comfortable

The location was fun with plenty to do. There were 2 golf carts included. The 6 passenger cart broke down while raining so that wasn’t fun. We got a warning notice because we had to park it at the side of the road. It ran fine the rest of the trip. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend my friends stay here.

Everything was perfect. Would have liked the deadbolt to work in the front door with a 2 year old who wanted to go out. Ice maker didn’t work but would definitely stay again! So clean and conveniently located.

Our new favorite beach haven!

This property is hands down our new favorite! It is clean (I am picky), updated, bright, spacious, perfectly located to everything! Comes with two golf carts! We did not want to leave! We went to baytowne warf or the shopping plaza for dinner every night on the golf carts. Went to beach everyday! Publix on the carts as well! We will be back!! Such a beautiful block and community in the heart of Sandestin!

Laurel Grove Stay 2025

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house itself is really nice as well. There are a few small updates that could be made to enhance the experience. The golf cart could use some updating such as adding seatbelts for chilldren, and maybe a Bluetooth sound bar that works. Everything else is extremely nice. The only problem we had was that when we arrived, the toilet had not been cleaned, and it was absolutely gross. We also had a small infestation of gnats that appeared to be coming through the drain in one of the showers. The property managers were fairly responsive, but still it detracted from our stay.

Family Getaway

We had a very nice stay, quiet and restful! The resort was beautiful and the cottage was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfect too! You can take the golf cart to the beach, restaurants and shopping all within the resort. We did however have one issue which is the reason for the four stars. One of the golf carts quit and had to be pushed back to the house. This happened after hours but we were able to get in touch with a property representative named Matthew who was incredibly helpful! He sent someone the next morning to repair the cart and it was fine the rest of the time. We look forward to our next trip!

Laurel Grove cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being prior Laurel Grove homeowners at Sandestin, we were very familiar with properties and location. That being said this home needs housekeeping attention - in particular to cleanliness of floors and dusting. The floors appeared to be clean; however, after walking, barefoot on the floor for a short time, we discovered that the bottoms of our feet became discolored from lack of mopping. Also, parking is a little tight at this particular property, despite the description referencing a cul-de-sac. I would not define this home being on a cul-de-sac as opposed to being at the end of a cove. This particular neighborhood does have cul-de-sacs, and this location is not one of them. We appreciated the homeowner and having updated furnishings and fixtures, the use of their golf carts, and for being hospitable. Although I would not personally recommend this particular unit to a friend, I recognize I have some preferences, but probably because we have known this area for 15 years.

Wonderful place

Great place and very clean! 2 golf carts were fantastic, no more than 7 minute cart ride to beach, restaurants, grocery. Would definitely stay here again.
