We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It had tons of amazing amenities, and was well represented by the photos. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops, and overall very convenient. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here while on a business trip with some associates, as we were tired of hotel rooms! This place is amazing. Every detail is well thought through. Having the cold plunge and sauna right there started the day perfectly, the house amenities were flawless and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property that was better managed or with the precise instruction and layout and amenities as Eric’s Palms property. The communication was excellent with the co host and host. I think Eric and Marilyn could be a roll model for VRBO. It was its own resort. It was absolutely wonderful. The location was great. All of the household items and amenities at the house were top notch and I really felt spoiled. It was great to have indoor parking and everything within walking distance. I think I had the BEST sandwich ever from EREWHON grocery store. I would definitely love to stay at Eric’s Palms property again. Thank you Eric.

This house is so beautiful and comfortable - one of the rare occasions where the reality is actually better than the pictures. It is light, air, breezy and extremely well appointed. It is very relaxing and luxurious. We rented the house for our daughter’s graduation from USC and our only regret was that we did not have more time to spend there. The owners were extremely responsive with the few questions that we had. The property has been designed and maintained with great care and effort and it really shows. We would love to go back.
