Great location

Very close to both beach and a great pool for kids. A little bit older of a unit and doesn't have the space or amenities of other rentals we've stayed in here. But if proximity to beach is what's most important, you'll be hard pressed to find something better.

Excellent

As usual over our decade (or more) of visiting DeBordieu, everything was perfect with most delightful weather we have experienced all year. We all enjoyed our 3 condos but gathering together in Waters Edge was the best yet. Our 6 adults and 4 youngsters gathered there every evening for dinner. Special way to end the day. Thank you! Good

Interior was fine - and beds very comfortable! but the garage stayed flooded and was not usable. Patio could use a taller private hedge and an umbrella .

Stale smell in the unit Back door didn't lock - a hook was installed? External property upkeep was poor for the rental price Front screen door was broken Unit was clean Adjacent location to the the beach was great

Family trip

When we arrived around 4 there was a gentleman there telling us to give the freezer a few hours to thaw. Around 9pm we finally took a hairdryer and metal spatula to the ice block to break it up so we could finally unpack our coolers. It was frustrating that the freezer didn't work properly, the washer was leaking, there were ants in the kitchen and the double doors from the living room to the patio wouldn't stay closed. But the proximity to the beach and pool were nice, and the beds were comfy I know this is an older unit, but for the price I'd expect staffing to be sufficient to fix things like these prior to our arrival.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Waters Edge! The condo is perfectly located near the beach, the pool and The Beach Club. We also enjoyed riding bikes and going to the fishing dock to crab and fish. We will definitely return soon!

Waters Edge, August 2021

This was our third year in Waters Edge. As always the unit was clean, well appointed, @nd the staff was great. The addition of be@ch towels this year was outstanding. The proximity of the pool, beach, and beach club makes Waters Edge very convenient to sun, fun, and food/drinks. Please fix the garage. The water is constantly collecting. Power lines were run through the water. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Deena Grove is outstanding! She is professional, friendly, patient, and a credit to your organization.

Fine

Property was clean but carpets and furniture were wet from an obvious just prior steam clean. It was nice that it was clean but annoying to not be able to sit on anything until the next day. There were also several “charges” added to the invoice for property amenities usage that were closed due to COVID.

Perfect

It was close to the ocean and the villa had everything that was needed for a restful stay. It was very quite and the beach was not crowded. Needed to have a golf cart to explore parts of the island where the car would not go.
