Welcome to The Seashore Escape: a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing piece of paradise! Condo sleeps 4 and has just been completely remodeled by the new owners! EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW!
This condo is even more amazing and special in person! Let the ocean serenade you all day long as you escape from the rigors of everyday life, while staying at this amazing 3rd floor DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo! Condo is located at the very popular Kona Reef Resort! Condo is beautifully decorated in the calming teal and blue colors of the ocean. Owners have spared no expense to make this condo extra special!
This condo is truly an OCEANFRONT condo - not just a condo with an ocean view. Only the condos in buildings A & D at Kona Reef are true oceanfront units. The condos in buildings B, C, E, and F only have ocean views and are located farther away from the ocean. However, at The Seashore Escape, you have the best views from our DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo! Bathroom: Stunning New Walk-In Shower, New Toilet, Vanity, and Sink. Soft, Lush Towels that Match the Accent Tile in the Beautiful Walk-in Shower.
Kitchen: Brand New Full-Sized Kitchen, New Appliances with Oven Air Fryer. Counter Breakfast Bar with Bar Stools. All new dishes and pots and pans. Beautiful sand dollar kitchen cabinet doorknobs.

Enjoy morning coffee, breakfast, or lunch on the lanai as you enjoy the sights and the sounds of the blue and teal waves crashing before your eyes! Lanai has ceiling fan and gorgeous views of the coast looking both to the left and to the right.
See whales, dolphins, turtles, & manta rays from the lanai. Whale season is November to Mid-March. Watch surfers, boogie boarders, & parasailors.
Other: Beautiful Crown Molding throughout condo. Brand new air conditioning units in bedroom & living room, cools entire condo. Cable TV, Washer & Dryer inside of condo
Freebies: Free parking, Free WiFi (high-speed internet), NO resort fees.
Beach/Pool Equipment: Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mats with built-in pillows, pool noodles, and cooler available at the condo for guests to use.
Location: Excellent location in Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to numerous restaurants & shops; yet this condo is very private.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi - hot tub, barbecue grills. (Swimming pool is heated all year long.)

Snorkeling: Honl's Beach is a one-minute walk, small beach for snorkeling. Condo is not far from Kahulu'u Beach Park, a larger & wonderful place to snorkel.
Island Activities: swim with manta rays, whale watching, fishing, black beaches, coffee plantations, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkel trips by catamaran or high-speed raft, hiking, Volcano National Park, South Point & the Lava Tube, Trip to Hilo to see waterfalls, chocolate making tours & tasting, coffee farm tours, and much more.
Annual Event: Kona is Home to the Annual Ironman world championships. From our lanai you can see the Ironman swimmers swim in the ocean right in front of you. You can watch the long-distance canoe races! (Ironman is usually within the first two weeks of October. Rates are higher during that time.)
Access to Condo: From the front parking lot on Ali'i Drive, its only 5 steps down to our 3rd floor condo. Other parking lots have elevator access, but a short number of steps are needed to get to our condo, A-25.
Owners are experienced vacation rental hosts and own The Seashore Oasis, which is another direct oceanfront condo located in unit D36 at the same Kona Reef Resort. That condo is decorated in a stunning sunset and volcano theme.
The owners also own The Seashore Hideaway, which is another direct oceanfront condo located in unit 208 at Wailua Bay View, which is located on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
These properties can also be found on VRBO if guests wish to further research the hosts or see reviews of the hosts' other two properties.

We were born and raised in the midwest but have called Arizona our home since 1990! Hawaii is our favorite place to visit and we enjoy sharing our three Hawaiian condos with other people who are vacationing either on the big island or on Kauai. We love being hosts and taking great care of our guests! We look forward to welcoming you to any of our Hawaiian condos, The Seashore Escape, The Seashore Oasis, and The Seashore Hideaway.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this condo because of its close proximity to the ocean and the closeness to restaurants and shops. We also love the amenities at this condo complex, including a pool that is heated all year long and that is right up near the ocean, where you can swim while listening to the crashing waves.
This condo is located in the district where short-term vacation rentals are allowed. How much nicer it is for guests to have an entire condo to themselves, as opposed to just a hotel room!

Our condo is extra-special! Everything is brand new, as we just completely remodeled this entire condo, and it is majestically beautiful!
We have split A/C, which means that we have an air conditioner unit in the bedroom and another air conditioner in the living room, which keep the entire condo cool. Many condos do not have that.
We are also on the 3rd floor, which makes for magnificient views of the ocean below. Our condo is also located in only one of two buildings at Kona Reef that provide direct oceanfront views, meaning that the ocean is right in front of you.
