a wonderful vocation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for our stay. We were totally satisfied and went without want. Not one person in our party of 6 had any complaints. In fact, we would like to return again in the future. Sorry it took so long to respond.

Family weekend stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the Villa during the Lowell storm so inspite of the inclement weather, we did have a fun time bonding with family and doing a lot of indoor games, etc. Unit was well-stocked in the kitchen and we were able to do a lot of cooking. In between the showers, the grandkids had to make use of the pool and beach.

We enjoyed the property itself, but unfortunately, the undisclosed construction was disruptive and caused parking issues. Gina was responsive and did initially offer us a credit, which we appreciated. However, after returning home, we had to contact VRBO to resolve the credit for the final day of disruption. VRBO handled it quickly. Otherwise, it was a good spot, and we enjoyed the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was in a perfect location from everything. The views were amazing and we loved being on the ground floor for its convenience. The villa was large and comfortable.i am very clean and noticed the wooden bed frame was dusty. The rug by the desk was completely worn out and frayed at the ends and could cause someone to trip. The outdoor wooden furniture was worn out but comfortable. The little wooden table was breaking,I would definitely stay in this villa again.

A beautiful property with ocean views that are to die for. The 4 bedroom unit was clean, well-appointed and spacious. The appliances worked well and being a stone's throw to the Ritz for activities and and golf was great (for the Ritz prices but worth it.) Communication with the host was excellent ! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family's stay at the Villas was delightful and made our stay even better. We rented two cars, and the one reserved spot and the other guest parking made coming and going very easy. The Villa was stocked well with supplies and we never ran out of anything while staying there a whole week. The beds were comfortable, and we had space for our whole family. Having the beach within a few steps of the lanai was awesome and was easy to watch sunrises and sunsets. The locker with beach supplies was a huge plus! Grounds were well cared for and felt safe with on site security and maintenance. The resort was not included and we had to pay to use anything there. The food and service at the restaurants nearby were excellent though. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I vacationed with my son, his wife and four grands ages 14-18. The property was clean and comfortable...a good fit for the family. The snorkeling gear had to be cleaned prior to use and the storage locker was a bit of a mess and minus a few items which were replaced quickly once the host was notified. There were two other maintenance issues which were brought to the attention of the host and maintenance personnel arrived within 10 minutes of my call. Both issues, although more major for us, were minor fixes for him. The beach view was perfect and we saw several turtles in the bay and a handsome seal visited the beach on two of the five days we were there. Lots of swimming in the bay, sunning on the beach, playing volleyball, hiking for some and relaxing for me. It was a very enjoyable holiday at a lovely villa.

Excellent large property

Excellent 4-bedroom condo on ground floor with extremely short walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable beds. Nicely furnished and equipped.

Great location and lots of space!

This is a wonderful deal for families - lots of space and privacy but a great location near the beach and pool. Turtle Bay's grounds are lovely and unspoilt to a large degree and the North Shore in general is so charming.

Perfect Week on Oahu North Shore

The villa was very clean and great for our family of 7. Ideal location for those that want to be close to the beach and resort restaurants. Great place to snorkel in the cove with lots of fish. Enjoyed the north shore beaches, surfing locations and lots of food trucks to visit. Perfect week on Oahu north shore.

Family vacation with adult kids

Wonderful trip, the condo is great location and very well appointed, everything you need if you want to cook along with all the great "toys" for days at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels, fins etc. all in working order).
