Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, The Blue House is a peaceful, waterfront bungalow perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind on Dauphin Island. With nearly 400 feet of water frontage, itâs a rare findâprivate, scenic, and full of charm.
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails in the fully screened lounge downstairs, complete with plenty of seating and three access points. Love to fish or explore? Youâll have access to a covered boat slip with a lift, three kayaks, and some of the best fresh and saltwater fishing the Gulf Coast has to offer in West Fowl River, Pottersville Bay and Fowl River Bayâjust minutes away. Thereâs even a covered RV shelter with 50 amp service and water for those traveling with extra gear.
Inside, the open floor plan is cozy and efficient, with a coastal vibe that instantly relaxes you. The galley kitchen includes all your basic cooking essentials, plenty of cabinets, and prep space. The dining area opens to a spacious balcony with a peaceful canal viewâperfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the breeze.
