The space includes a generous closet, an en suite bathroom, and a charming little alcove with a daybed and trundle—just right for 1–2 small children to sleep comfortably nearby. Downstairs, you’ll find a chic half bath just off the entry—perfect for quick clean-ups or guests during the day. Bathroom is stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. While the fireplace adds to the ambiance, please note that it’s not currently available for guest use. Whether you're curling up with a book or enjoying a movie night, this space is made for relaxation.

Fire up the propane BBQ and soak in the unbeatable views of the golf course with Black Butte standing tall in the background. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with the sunrise or winding down with a cocktail at sunset, this space is made for slowing down and taking it all in.

Guests also have access to a private, locked storage area located in the parking area. Inside, you’ll find two bikes ready to roll, plus room to securely store your gear, whether it’s golf clubs, skis, or beach bags.

* Golf Course Condo #101 is equipped with a smart lock located on the front door. Guests will receive key code and arrival information 48-72 hours before check-in.

Please note that in the event of any damages during your stay, our partner Truvi may reach out to you to assist with resolving the issue.

⭐ BBR Daily Resort Fee ⭐
Black Butte Ranch charges an additional 12% access and recreation fee on top of the nightly rental rate. This fee will be collected from the renter through the booking website and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on their behalf.

⭐ Cleaning and Sanitation ⭐
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process between each guest.

⭐ No Pets ⭐
We love furry friends, but our home is unable to accommodate them.

⭐ No Smoking ⭐
Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor removal.

⭐ No Parties/Events ⭐
We kindly ask that you not exceed our maximum guest count. Please adhere to local quiet hours of 10pm until 7am. Any noise complaints will result in additional fees.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner's expense.
All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
Fireplace is not for guest use.
