Quiet Cul-de-sac and Great Location in Heart of Black Butte Ranch

This house is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to state forest, so it is a very peaceful location. It is a walk or short bike ride to the Glaze Meadow recreation center (pickleball, tennis, indoor and outdoor pool), and we have complimentary bikes to get you there! Wonderful gas fire pit to truly enjoy the outdoors.

This home features a beautiful primary suite with a patio overlooking the forest, heated bathroom floors, and Sleep Number king bed. Please note this home has three levels with a bedroom on each floor. There are stairs leading up to the front door.

Beautiful, versatile home in a great location at the Ranch!

We loved the beauty and luxury of this home. We appreciated the separation of spaces, the comfortable beds, the ample outdoor seating, and a clean space. It was perfect for our family and friends and we loved our stay!

Gorgeous home, extremely well located. Luxury living while on vacation in God’s Country

Super-cool home with a good location close to Glaze Meadow and South Pool. Positives: distinct and complete suites on top (master suite including gas fireplace, balcony, cool tub and glassed-in shower plus comfortable bed and heated bathroom floors!) and bottom floor (lots of rooms, TV, bathroom and comfortable beds). Loved the outdoor gas fire pit. Nice and responsive owner. Be aware, past reviews mentioned a hot tub, which has been taken out. A problem with the gas system developed toward the end of our stay which the responsive owners reimbursed us for without question. Open loft floor plan so typical of Black Butte, but this one was unusually elegant.

What a beautiful property. Such a peaceful space. Beds are high end and comfortable and the back is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Hosts are lovely!

Cute cabin for a weekend getaway

There were only 4 of us do the house felt very spacious. Really lovely master upstairs although no door to that space if privacy were important. It wasn’t for our group. Kids loved the kid area downstairs, including the ping pong!

My family has been going Black Butte for over 50 years - it’s our favorite place to sta interiors - so it was refreshingly to find this stunning house. Interiors were beautiful and modern without losing the cozy factor. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We were in town for my brother's wedding and this house worked perfectly for our family. The house came with baby gates which helped us with our 10 month old. There's a nice ice machine and plenty of utensils. The beds are extremely comfortable, nice pillows, and a great back deck with an open fireplace. We're already planning our next stay and might bring more family with us because the house is deceivingly huge.

excellent stay

house very clean and described well in VRBO description...small complaint on size of some cooking pans as we like to make one big dinner/breakfast to have lunch leftovers etc...had to make a big breakfast of eggs and sides in batches...

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Black Butte and this home was perfectly located, just a quick bike ride away from both Glaze meadow rec center and very easily bike able to Big Meadow. The home is lovely—so well stocked with everything you could need. We also made use of the awesome deck and fire pit outside. We’d love to come back and stay here again in the future!

Pretty amazing spot

We've been coming to Black Butte since I was a kid and this is hands down the best place I've stayed. Such a beautiful and well kept house and so close to two pools and bike paths. Amber is a very friendly host. Oh and loved having access to bikes of all sizes!

Perfectly Pleasant

Would stay here again! House was clean and stocked with more than adequate basics. Beds are adjustable and comfy and the loft is a lovely space to have some separation for families that need that. The bikes, ping pong table, pickleball, hot tub, fire and outside deck were favorites. It’s a short jaunt to a pool and courts. The owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Upon leaving, an IPad was left and we got a timely message that housekeeping had found. Happy to have found this space. Thanks Amber and Jared.

Perfect Rental Property

We've stayed in many different rentals in BBR and this was one of our favorites! The kitchen, dining and living space, and primary loft suite were all updated beautifully. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking big meals, lunches on the go, and storing leftovers. We loved the hot tub, outdoor firepit, and all the little extras like bikes, sleds, ping pong table, and games that made our stay extra enjoyable. We usually don't book the same house twice but will definitely come back here!

Beautiful house!

The property was beautifully decorated, very cozy and had lots of amenities - fully stocked kitchen, games for the family to play, two family room areas. Arrival and communications were super easy. We came with as a family of four with young kids, would love to come back and enjoy the house for a friends trip and fully take advantage of the awesome deck, firepit and outdoor dining areas.

Really comfotable and clean house.

We've been going to Black Butte for about 45 years for a week or so. Sometimes twice. This was easily the nicest, most modern house we've been in. I is an 80's house, I believe, that was extensively remodeled. Everything is very high end. Nice hot tub, very cool gas firepit, nice TVs, and a well equipped kitchen. The gas range was fantastic, but I wish there had been better (and more) pots and pans. The only other thing that we weren't crazy about was the loft master bedroom. Not that it wasn't very luxurious, it was just lacking complete privacy.

We are just a 10 minute bike ride to Glaze Meadow pool and spa.
