This beautifully decorated ground floor 2/2 condo is located right on the beach, with a private full-service beach club for residents and guests only.
From the covered patio, you are steps away from the huge infinity pool. Being on the ground floor is so convenient, no steps or elevators!
The condo is 5 min walking distance to many great restaurants and to 5th Ave with all the shops and bars.
The open concept living rm, dining, and new kitchen has floor to ceiling windows w electric shades.
Guest access
There is 24 hour security at the front desk to check you in at any time, the door is locked at 10 PM but they will open them for you if you come in later. There is also parking on both side sides of the condo if you rent a car. I can send you the access of the driving company that I use they are great, they will pick you up with your name on a sign at the airport and deliver you to the lobby of The Elements.
