Welcome to Bo's Place in the desirable Sumners Crescent neighborhood at Cape Fear Station. This house is perfect for a family vacation, girls retreat or golf getaway.
The location is within walking distance to Common Park, Mike's Bites, the BHI Conservatory, and beautiful East Beach is just minutes away. Stay in the separate crofter which offers space, relaxation and privacy. Or, take advantage of the BHI guest membership which includes GOLF privileges.
Bo's Place sleeps up to 10 guests, and each of the three bedrooms comes with its own private bathroom. Listen to the sounds of the island from 2 private decks. Enjoy the sights of nature from the screened-in porch and wrap around deck. This property includes one 6 and one 4-person golf cart so everyone can enjoy trips around the island together.
