Helt nya sÀngar i alla fyra sovrum. Crofter har sin egen kaffestation för gÀster som sover utanför huvudhuset. VÄr golfvagn har tvÄ mÄnaders underhÄll för att sÀkerstÀlla att du har tillförlitliga transporter runt ön. Vi har tÀnkt pÄ allt du behöver. Om nÄgot skulle uppstÄ bor vÄr fastighetsförvaltare pÄ ön och Àr tillgÀnglig för att tillgodose dina behov. Vi har Àgt detta underbara hem i sju Är nu och kÀnner verkligen vÄrt hem, liksom BHI, en speciell plats. Vi vill gÀrna dela det med dig och din familj och vÀnner.

This was a nice house in good condition and a great location. We experienced a few issues, such as no dish towels in the kitchen, hairs on bed sheets and comforters, and the lock on the back door was broken. There was a Keurig for coffee that was not on the listing, which would have been helpful to know. The ice maker was a great amenity.

Spring Break Getaway

Visited the island with our 12yo for a few days over spring break. House is clean and cozy, and everything was all set when we walked in the door. We enjoyed watching movies on the smart tv downstairs in the evenings after dark, and listening to the ocean in the morning. Fun location not too far from East Beach. Golf cart had recently been serviced, which was an added bonus!

Great stay!

My wife and her friends booked their annual girls’ trip and decided on bald head island and this rental. They all really enjoyed their stay and my wife got to sleep in the separate suite which she likened to a treehouse. The owner was very responsive and they all enjoyed the beauty of the island. They also really enjoyed the hospitality of everyone on the island as well. Great stay!

Beautiful getaway!

We had the most wonderful time at this little gem! What a gorgeous house in a perfect location with everything we could possibly need. Nicest golfcart we have used at Bald Head at a rental home for sure! Thanks for everything Ainsley!

Island Oasis

We had a wonderful BHI visit while staying at this cottage! The property was clean, cozy, and cute! It was well equipped inside and outside!! There was plenty of comfortable seating In the living area and the beds were very comfortable. A 6 passenger golf cart and bicycles were fun for riding around the island. The front porch was our “hang out” to start the day while drinking a cup of coffee and end the day while sipping a glass of wine! We hope to be back soon! Great memories! Great time!!

Cape Fear Station

My wife and I enjoyed a get away weekend with some good friends of ours. The home at 303 Whale Head Way was wonderful! The house was clean (although a bit musty due to the February rental) and the bedrooms were perfect. For some reason, when I rented the home I missed the extra bedroom/bathroom in the separate building above the garage. That was an added bonus! The kitchen was large and very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The common living area was very comfortable and conducive to our conversations. Ainsley was very flexible and allowed us to check-in a bit early on Friday and leave a bit later on Sunday morning. I'm not sure that would be available 'on season', but it's always worth it to ask. Our 6-person golf cart was not functioning on Friday afternoon but maintenance came quickly and we ended up switching the cart out. That ended up being a positive, as the original cart was not enclosed and our trips around the island were extremely brisk on our early February weekend. All in all, a great stay and I would come back again!

We love this house and have stayed here multiple times. The kitchen has all sorts of helpful cooking utensils and tools. We love that the house has a high chair and pack 'n play for our child - so we don't have to bring them. The whole house is clean and well-maintained; we love staying there and will definitely come back.

We frequently visit Bald Head, and this summer we came to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. We had a great experience. Ainsley, the host, was really responsive to any questions we had. We arrived to find the house open and ready for us, which was a blessing given the distance we had traveled. It seemed like we were returning home. We generally dine out every night, but we enjoyed the place so much that we remained in and cooked and ate as a family at the dining room table. It made for an excellent evening spent with family. Every night after dinner, we would play cards and watch movies. In the morning, we were grateful for the opportunity to spend each day at the pool and the beach at the Shoals Club. Being able to use the guest passes to lay by the pool was a tremendous perk. Everyone in our group has decided to return. With such pleasant memories, a future stay would be like returning home.

My new happy place

Great house in a beautiful location. The front porch is my newfound happy place and it was a great place to sit and read a good book, for the family to gather for some serious puzzle assembly and for the adults to enjoy a cocktail.

Location Location and Nugget Ice Maker!

This is a fabulous location - so close to the beach yet only a quick golf cart ride to the market and shops. Kitchen was nicely appointed, and the Nugget Ice Maker was a nice surprise. Our family loved that! The bunk room would be a tight fit if you're planning to use the trundle bed but everything worked out for our family's stay. Host was very responsive to communications and extremely easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home!

Such a lovely location!

Our extended family and two dogs stayed here for 4 nights. This house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and shade, and was just a short walk to East Beach. The large golf cart fit all of us, including the dogs! Any questions I had were answered quickly. A nice house, a nice vacation.

Great get away close to our favorite beach area

The house was perfectly located close to the park for our dogs walks. A short ride to the Shoal's Club and our favorite beach. I loved sitting on the front porch each morning and just relaxing.

Just a short walk from East Beach, The Shoals Club, and The Commons, it’s the perfect balance of convenience, tranquility, and natural beauty.
