Great location with all amenities

The house is in the middle of the forest. It’s down a dirt road (it was a little hard to find because it was getting dark when we arrived) and really feels like it’s in the middle of the forest. The owners have thought of everything. There was plenty of firewood. The bathroom even had a heater floor. The hot tub was great and there are two neighborhood dogs who greeted us every time we came home. Beds are comfortable. My kids loved the big lawn and fire pit. The huge windows allowed plenty of light and views. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable Home in the Redwoods

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lukk Enn. The home was clean and ready for us, with lights on and even music when we arrived. It has all the amenities we needed. We were pleased to find that we were right in the middle of a redwood forest, even more so than I could see in the on-line photos. Comfortable seating both inside and outside for two to four people. The area is off the main roads so it is very quiet, but still close enough to highway 101 so that we could easily explore the area. We spent several great days at Redwood National Park, Sue-meg State Park, Trinidad State Beach and the cute town of Trinidad. Make sure to have dinner at the Larrupin’ CafĂ© – great mostly locally-sourced food. One note – use the driving directions the host will provide and do NOT use navigation apps – they will send you down an impassable road.
