Located on a quiet street in the Vilano neighborhood, our home is perfect for Florida beach vacation. Enjoy grilling out in the backyard, ping pong, corn hole, and lounging around the pool or beach all day! 12-min drive into Historical Downtown St. Augustine. Pet-Friendly**.
KITCHEN: All new stainless electric appliances, Keurig/Standard Drip combo coffee machine, toaster, Half bathroom.
DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6, Kitchen island with 3 seats.
LIVING ROOM: Oversized L-Shaped couch with ottoman, Smart TV.
GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed (Sleeps 2).
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer with detergent available for guests use.
GARAGE: Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Darts, Surfboard, Foldable table for guests use.
BACKYARD: Fully fenced backyard, Heated pool, Hot tub, Propane grill, Outdoor shower, 3x Chaise lounges, Outdoor furniture.
PARKING: Fit 4 standard vehicles in the driveway.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, Ensuite master bathroom with shower, Balcony with outdoor furniture, Walk-in closet, Smart TV (Sleeps 2).

We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.

*HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.
*Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer*.
PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Located one street to the north on Boating Club Rd. Additionally, another public boat ramp (Usina Boat Ramp), 9 streets to the north.
