Welcome to Tiki Beach House, your tropical, family-friendly retreat on Merritt Island! Canal-front escape near Kennedy Space Center & Port Canaveral, perfect for cruise stops and relaxing getaways. Enjoy 30/50 amp boat hookups, tiki bar, fire pit, smart amenities, and canal access to the ocean. Sleeps 8–10.
Quiet hours start 9PM weekdays, 10PM weekends.
No loud parties outside. Just 40 mins from Orlando!
The space
Tiki Beach House is a stunning 3BR, 2BA waterfront escape on Merritt Island with everything you need for a stylish, relaxing, and unforgettable stay. Perfect for up to 10 guests, the house features:
• Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, and dining setup for 12.
• Private tiki bar with mini fridge and seating area, ideal for sunset cocktails.
• Smart TVs in all rooms, fast WiFi, and an internal surround sound system (available upon request).
• Smart washer & dryer, iron, and cleaning essentials.
• 3 bedrooms: king master with ensuite, one queen room, and a bunk room for 4.
• Spacious living room, open-concept dining and kitchen, and beautiful natural light.
• Private dock with 30/50 amp hookups, hot/cold water for boaters, and direct ocean access via canal.
• Garage and parking space for up to 6–8 vehicles.
• Outdoor fire pit, comfortable lounge areas, and landscaped patio.
Located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. No loud parties allowed.
Outdoor music ends at 9PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends.
Guests must respect community quiet hours.
Just 40 minutes from Orlando, and minutes to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and cruise terminals.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, tiki bar, dock, fire pit, laundry room, and garage. You are welcome to enjoy every corner of the house it’s fully set up for your comfort.
Address and arrival instructions will be provided after booking. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a personalized access code to enter the property via the smart lock system.
If we are in the area that day, I’d love to welcome you in person and give you a quick tour of the space! Otherwise, everything is prepared for an easy self check-in.
Free parking available for up to 6–8 cars in the driveway and garage.

Eight years ago, Dr. Daniel was faced with a dilemma: move his beloved 45’ Cabo Express fishing boat, Lady Viking, inland during every major storm or spend thousands on emergency haul-outs. When the opportunity came to purchase a home from a sweet widowed senior who had lived here for 30 years, the decision was clear. She entrusted this space to him with love and hope that he and others would continue to cherish it.
The house became a haven for Viking Lady, a safe harbor during hurricanes and storms. And soon, it transformed into something more: a soulful retreat to be shared with fellow ocean lovers, boaters, fishermen, and seekers of serenity.
As the visionary property manager, I’ve been blessed with the mission to bring this story to life for every guest. We don’t just offer a stay we invite you into a legacy. One that’s filled with rocket launches, golden sunsets, manatees in the canal, dolphins dancing at your doorstep, and that indescribable feeling we call Hydro Therapy.
