Come here to marvel at the cutting-edge architecture or take in the gorgeous views of Lake Michigan; to spend a day cheering with baseball fans and a night laughing at a comedy show; to shop; to visit renowned institutions like the Field Museum, The Art Institute and the Adler Planetarium, and to experience the legendary blues scene. To do all this, you'll need nourishment: taste deep-dish pizza, piled-high hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and more.
Getting Around:
You are minutes away from bus and train stops.
We find our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this unit is being newly furnished and photos are from a similar unit in the same building.
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $149 per service.
Parking: We do not have a parking spot available for this apartment. You may use SpotHero to reserve parking prior to arrival. The nearest garage is SP Plus Corporation

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
