>Heritage Hill Historical Park â Located in nearby Lake Forest, this park features historic buildings, guided tours, and seasonal eventsâa fun and educational stop for all ages.
Guests will have access to the entire home.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
PETS
>$25/night per pet
>3 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times and picked up after
PROPANE GAS
>Fire pit takes propane gas... if the propane tank is empty, we will reimburse you to go fill it up
CAMERAS/NOISE MONITOR

>In place for safety and security reasons, do not tamper with

>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as âWaivo Insuranceâ on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
