Welcome to this wonderful work of art from an amazing design team. Two brand new luxury built homes on the same lot that were built with attentions to details and well though out to make your stay comfortable. The front house has 3 beds/3 baths, while the back unit has 1bed/1bath. A Beautiful courtyard between the two units with BBQ grill and beautiful landscape. The back unit has an amazing roof top patio for hanging out and relaxing. Experience this LA luxury living right by Dodger stadium.
The space
Front house is 3 bedrooms /2.5 bathrooms with beautiful open concept living space on first floor and 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. The wonderful kitchen connects to living room and right by an amazing dinning room with 3 side of glass. Master bedroom with master bathroom upstairs are outstanding.
The courtyard connects the two properties is well thought designed and beautifully done. The bar style grill is perfect and the outdoor space seating on top on the back unit is amazing.
Back unit is full 1bedroom/1bathroom very nicely thought out and designed for comfortable living
