With over 590 square feet (55 square meters) of space and a private terrace, you can immerse yourself in the joys of outdoor living. Marvel at the breathtaking ocean views overlooking the islands of Saba and St. Eustatius, soak in the stunning sunsets, and let the soothing sound of waves create a serene backdrop to your stay. Centrally located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten, it’s just minutes away from Philipsburg to the east, where you can enjoy duty-free shopping, and Simpson Bay to the west, known for its vibrant restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.

Incredible vacation!

This villa is outstanding! Great views, marvelous sunsets, lush vegetation, very comfortable, very clean. We really enjoyed the umbrella and beach chairs. We enjoyed staying in a quiet area. We enjoyed having a very nice beach and good restaurant by the sea 5 minutes from the villa. Because St-Marteen is small, it's a short drive to go everywhere. Don't hesitate and reserve this villa! Hope we will be back someday!

A SLICE OF PARADICE

Perfect location to everything. Gated community with great restaurant and beach Pictures on the listing do not do it justice. the views are simply amazing.Amenities as described in listing. Many beaches close by. We found Orient beach we liked the best. We will plan another trip to go back to stay. The host was very helpful with question. This was the best vacation ever! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful sunsets in quiet villa!

We had a wonderful stay enjoying the quiet villa, with the tropical foliage and wildlife of birds, and iguanas, view of ocean and Saba. It was perfect for a couple. The air conditioners worked great, and full kitchen also with good pans, spices. Rental car recommended to go to and from town and beaches. Restaurant at beach near villa has great food. We had issue with light bulb in bathroom out and was fixed right away the next day, couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation with the prompt service. Thank you!

Gorgeous views!

The Infinity View apartment lives up to its name with unbeatable views of the ocean from the main room and bedroom. It had everything we needed for our one week stay including good internet service for working remotely. It’s a quiet area- we took morning walks and afternoon dips in the beach there. Location is close to Philipsburg but away from it all at the same time. Lovely spot!
