House was beautiful. It was a few kitchen items (pot holders, towels, cooking essentials). The surrounding area was a bit rough and not what we expected.

Absolutely Beautiful Home – Perfect for Families!Our stay at New Orleans Stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was simply beautiful, and we loved the stylish furnishings, thoughtful details, and amazing amenities. There was more than enough room for our family of six to spread out, relax, and enjoy ourselves comfortably.The pool and spa were just as stunning in person as they appeared in the pictures! The pool table was an added bonus and provided a great space for our family to hang out, play games, and spend quality time together.The location was another huge plus! We were less than a 10-minute drive from popular attractions like the Aquarium, Bourbon Street, and so much more. There were also several neighborhood restaurants within easy walking distance. We loved that the area had a nice mix of locals and tourists, giving us an authentic New Orleans experience. Everyone we encountered in the city was incredibly friendly and welcoming!The home's layout was perfect for a large family, with five spacious bedrooms—two on the first floor and three upstairs, each with its own bathroom. This provided everyone with plenty of space and privacy.We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to book again in the spring and bring even more family members! This home truly has everything you need for a memorable New Orleans getaway.Highly recommend! We can't wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house was even more beautiful than the photos — it genuinely felt like stepping into a private oasis. The location was perfect too, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.The hosts were amazing. They were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, but never overbearing in the slightest. They really made the whole experience seamless.The only small downside was that there weren’t quite enough towels or toilet paper provided, but that was very minor compared to how wonderful everything else was.Overall, this was truly the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. I would 100% come back and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking.

The house is exactly as described. We planned to spend the day walking around downtown but once we saw the house we decided to grab some food and hang out there! We spent the whole weekend lounging around laughing with family. The host was extremely informative and responded right away. We will definitely rent from him again!

Hands down one of the best rentals I've done. The place was designed to perfection. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided for privacy. We stayed for a Saints game, and it's an easy walk to the Dome. Parking was not an issue. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. All of the fam will require me to book this on our next trip to NO. Very affordable for the stay! Excellent communication with host. 5 Stars!!

The property itself is beautiful and located in the historical garden district close by to several activities. Because there were visitors with an unauthorized late check out, we weren't able to check in on time. The host was very accommodating over all by letting us leave our bags on the property while it finished the turnover. There are a couple amenities that could use some TLC maintenance (dryer, dish washer, pool bugs) but everything was functional and enjoyable. There is a parking spot which was perfect for us. Large open concept area perfect for large group trips. Just a short uber to the Quarter or the streetcar is two blocks away. The lot next door had a few strange (fraternity?) events that lasted all night. Worth the weirdness with this cooperative and attentive host. 8/10.
