Den 2 vÄningar Villa ligger bara 12 minuters bilresa frÄn Disney, 20 minuter frÄn Disneyns centrum. Champions Gate Shopping Complex ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn Villa för alla nödvÀndigheter med en Publix Supermarket, bensinstation, McDonalds och en Chili's Restaurant.

Villan har 5 sovrum och 4 badrum, den Àr helt luftkonditionerad, möblerad och utrustad enligt högsta standard. De fem sovrummen inkluderar tvÄ tvÄbÀddsrum, ett kungar och tvÄ drottningar. Det finns en baloney som strÀcker sig hela det breda huset pÄ andra vÄningen med vacker utsikt över naturreservatet bakom huset.

Det finns en formell matsal, tvÄ lounger, ett utrustat kök med frukostbar och spelrum fullt utrustade med biljardbord och airhockey.

Beautiful villa, nice layout for more than one family. Nothing was too much trouble when we had questions for the owner Holly. We would happily go back and stay in this villa. We have been visiting Florida for 30 years, staying in different villas each time and this is in our top 5 best villas, including 1 or 2 that were brand new.

Well kept property that was close to Disney. Had one minor issue with clogged tub drain but it was fixed expeditiously. Kids loved the pool and kitchen was well stocked with household items.

Great house

House needs a little upgrading. The dining room/ eating table is on top of carpet, which made us nervous to eat on. Didn’t want to drop anything on carpet. Besides that, everything else was great!! The house is huge, with lots of space for large families or groups.

Amazing

Great location, the home is gorgeous. I just wish the pool heat had been working. I also shouldn't have paid for the BBQ rental. After all day of being outside lounging by the pool or swimming I preferred cooling off inside and cooking in the kitchen. The property manager and owners were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely think about renting this property again.

Best house EVER!!!!

My family stayed there for the week during this past Christmas 2018. Everything about the house is 5 🌟!!! We've stayed in about 6 or 7 different rental homes over the years in the Orlando Kissimmee area. This by far is the best house we've stayed in. Not even a close debate. We'll be looking for the availability on this house every time we visit the area. From the nice quiet Champions Gate neighborhood to the big beautiful luxurious homes, it's most definitely worth the stay. Please keep up the great work owners. Thank you

Florida 2023

The house was very nice and the owners check in process is very efficient. Overall we were satisfied/happy. There were a few problems: 1) the carpets have multiple stains on them in the bedrooms, 2) the freezer leaked water, 3) the club house was closed for renovation when we arrived, but, the owners did not inform of this before our arrival. Overall the house is in good shape, but, it does need a little TLC. I would rent it again and recommend it.

Very relaxing trip!

We had a blast relaxing at this very spacious property. My sons LOVED the game room- spent many evenings there. Also, the owners have plenty of “extra” items if you go to the beach- chairs, an umbrella, sand toys- it was perfect!! We spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. We also ate almost every meal outside. The table is large to accommodate us all. The upstairs deck was the best for early morning coffee and book reading. One thing we learned, property does not have any wash clothes for showering or dish washing- make sure to bring those. Also- pick up extra garbage bags and dish soap/dishwasher pods. We can’t wait to stay at this property again!!!

Lovely home

My family of 7 kids, husband and myself stayed at the house when visiting Florida. It was perfect. I loved the fact the house had a high chair and pack n play. Made it very kid friendly. We have only used VRBO for cabins and such and this was the first house we have done on VRBO and it was absolutely wonderful. We were in Florida to visiit Disney. and jf we ever go back, we will rent this specific house again. Pool was clean and nice.

Great holiday in the sun

We rented the house to escape to the sun for March Break. We were with our two teenage kids and my parents (in their 70s). The house was exactly what we had hoped. There was plenty of space, the backyard and pool/spa was great and the games room was lots of fun. The owners were also very responsive. We noticed on the first day that the fridge ice maker didn't work and they had a handyman come quickly to repair. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again.

Best Vacation

We just got back last night from a week in Disney. This rental was perfect. Everyone had their own space and it was peaceful. We enjoyed the pool daily, and close to a ton of good restaurants. I recommend this rental and will stay again in the future.

Tech upgrade

House needs an upgrade of TV’s. They are too small and need to be upgraded to smart technology. Bathrooms need a thorough cleaning to include the grout lines in the showers. Location is a plus and the neighborhood is very nice.

A perfect stay !!!

Our stay as a three generational family at the villa was wonderful. There were so many things to love about the area and the villa - a well maintained development shaded by mature trees, a villa that in real life is even bigger than the photos suggested, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen cupboards, a great pool area, efficient air conditioning ...... the list is endless !!! We particularly appreciated the information about check in, rubbish and recycling collections, nearby shops, etc that we received BEFORE we arrived - it helped to make our arrival and stay very relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to our family and friends as we truly found staying here a fantastic experience !!!

We’re a family-loving couple from the UK who fell head over flip-flops for Florida back in 2012. In our second year of marriage, we bravely (some might say boldly) took on a big family holiday to the Sunshine State and we were instantly hooked. Between the sunshine, the smiles, and the service, we knew Florida was our kind of place.

After watching way too many episodes of A Place in the Sun (yes, we were hooked on that too!), we found ourselves at a property roadshow in the UK, met the wonderful team at Homes of America, and just six months later
 we were on a plane to find our dream Florida home!
We saw lots of lovely places, but when we walked through the door of this villa, we just knew. It made us smile then, and it still does every time we visit.

We love hosting because it means we get to share this special place with other families who want to make magical memories—just like we did. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
