NOTE: The owner does live on the property in a small house about 100 yards from the Big House. She does have 2 dogs that she owns that sometimes will make an impromptu visit. They are super friendly dogs but we wanted to be transparent about her dogs.

Warm gas fireplace, cozy living room, and sunlit sitting porch (Gas will be turned off for fireplaces from March 31 to November 1)
