The home comfortably accommodates large families and groups with a total of seven permanent beds, including two California kings, two queens, two fulls, and one twin. Four hotel-style rollaway beds are also available, making it easy to host up to sixteen guests or more with ease. All bedrooms are furnished with quality linens, extra pillows, and the touches that make for a restful night’s sleep.

Yes:
- We do not allow anyone under the age of 25 without a parent or by special request.
- We cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. The rollaways are for if people don't wish to share and not for adding additional guests.
- Parties & Events are strictly prohibited.
- We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
🌵 Does the property have a private pool or spa? 🌵
We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool will be maintained in the mid to high 80s. We do not heat it during the summer as it is redundant with the desert heat.
NOTE: The pool stops heating when the spa is turned on and vice versa as they share a heat pump. The spa is controlled at the home so will not be hot for your arrival.

No - This property is strictly no pets due to severe allergies. We do have pet friendly properties available we can send you.
🌵 What is the parking situation? 🌵
The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
There’s also a 220V outlet in the garage for EV charging. You will need to bring your own Nema 14-50 adapter for Teslas.
🌵 Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? 🌵
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
🌵 Is early check-in or late check-out available? 🌵
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee.
- No glitter is allowed on property
- If excessive cleaning is required upon your departure, as defined by needing more than 15 labor hours, you will be charged an hourly rate of $30 for each additional labor hour
- No Street Parking for more than 4 consecutive hours or after 1am.
- Cars may not be parked on the pavers beyond the proper driveway
- Cars may not be parked on the street if they block fire hydrants, safety zones, mailboxes, or face the opposite direction of traffic flow
- The house will accommodate 4 vehicles. Any cars that do not fit in the garage and driveway will need to be remotely parked in an adjacent neighborhood before 1am. We highly recommend minimizing your guests to 4 vehicles. All cars must face forward in the driveway and clear the sidewalk
