While the building includes a small lift, guests should be prepared to walk up and down stairs during their stay. This apartment is ideal for adult groups or families with older children, as it's not suitable for kids under 12.
The spacious interior features three separate bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious 160 x 200 cm beds, while the third offers two high-quality single beds (90 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms even includes a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. With space for up to six guests, everyone can enjoy both privacy and comfort.
There are two full, newly renovated bathrooms in the apartment, each with sleek, walk-in showers and modern fixtures. Whether you're getting ready for a day out exploring or winding down in the evening, you'll appreciate the convenience of having two separate bathrooms.
The open living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with large windows that overlook leafy trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere right in the city center. Itâs a great space for relaxing together after a day of sightseeing, dining in with friends, or just enjoying the gorgeous interior design.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, from cookware to dishes. Guests are expected to do basic cleaning during their stay, including washing up kitchen equipment and emptying trash. For your convenience, garbage bins can be found by going downstairs, through the garden, and to the left at the back of the building.
