The Chalet is a luxury 2 bedroom private villa, ideal for families & couples. Sleeps 4 to 6 pax.

The quaint house is beautifully restored and has the charm of a 100 year old heritage house.

One minute walk to the beach ( across the road). If any of our 3 beach villas are not occupied, Chalet visitors can spend the day at the beach villas - NO extra charge.

The chalet has a boundary wall around and is private.

Both Bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan with attached dressing rooms and en suite large bathrooms. Fresh linen provided.

Master bedroom has a large double bed. Extra single bed or cot can be provided.

Pool view room has three single beds with mosquito netting.

The living area has comfortable sofas and a television. A centrally located small kitchen.

Living and Dining on the verandah facing the pool and well maintained garden. Two sun beds available.

We provide a 24/7 Maid service, The villa is cleaned twice a day. A manager available. If you don't want staff, please let us know.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Property. The Chalet will be our visitors private holiday home with an excellent service provided.

On availability our guests are welcome to spend the day at our 3 beach villas, which is just across the road and the Lake front cottage which is 1 km away at No extra cost. The lake front cottage has stunning view of the Koggala lake. Guests can request for their meals to be served at a beach villa, if not occupied.

Staff - are friendly , courteous and discreet. They know that our guests require their privacy. pool and garden is cleaned daily. Staff reports to work at 6 am and keep a spotlessly cleaned villa for you. Let us know if you dont want staff at your property.

The living room has a child safety door and the main door can be closed to prevent little children going near to the pond. Over the pond there is a little bridge to get to the kitchen.

After the confirmation of reservation, We email to check about the meal on arrival, any special requests and arrange the transport if needed. All meals are prepared freshly on order. Fresh vegetables, fruits and Seafood is purchased daily. Live lobster and Lagoon Crab will be purchased on order.

We respect our guests religious views and will prepare the meals according to their wishes. All meals can be discussed with the chef. He will oblige. Halal, Vegetarian and Vegam meals can be prepared. There is a FB Manager to help with meals orders.

For guests arriving late in the night or early morning we can have a snack or hot meal ready.

Massages - An Ayurvehda trained Masseuse will bring her herbal oils, if you wish you may give her your own oils for the massages.

A Yoga instructor is available. Prior notice required.

Life guards - Non of our properties have any lifeguards. The pool and pond is not fenced. Parents must be responsible for the children's Safety when close/in water.

Doctors - There is a doctor who will visit the villa and his clinic is close by. Private hospitals and a Teaching hospital is available in Galle. Specialist Doctors can be channeled. Our managers will assist with transport and accompany our guests.
