Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club 2/2 Condo - vacker utsikt över viken!

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club är ett tolv våningar lyxigt höghus med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen i framsidan och Little Sabine Bay i ryggen, med tillgång till stranden tvärs över gatan. För ytterligare underhållning kommer Sabine-gäster att njuta av Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Hotel / Restaurant / Bars som ligger tvärs över gatan. De som föredrar ännu mer action kan njuta av en naturskön 5-minuters promenad till hjärtat av strandaktiviteter som inkluderar en lugn promenad på fiskebrygga, shopping, restauranger och barer med livemusik och dans. Om ridning låter mer tilltalande, stannar en vagn vid framingången till Sabine för att transportera passagerare upp och ner på stranden utan kostnad.
Master-sviten har en king size-säng, privat badrum och utsikt över bukten. Det andra sovrummet har en full storlek säng en enda våningssäng och har också utsikt över bukten. Detta rum har en garderob för att hänga kläder och även en stor byrå. Observera att det inte finns INGEN persienner eller gardiner på glasskjutdörrar / fönster. Det finns 2 tv-apparater, en DVD-spelare och internetuppkoppling. Internet inuti lägenhet och finns också i klubbhuset. Det finns en stor pool på norra sidan av byggnaden med utsikt över båthavnen och Little Sabine Bay. Gästerna kan njuta av tennisbanor, gym, bastu och båtlansering. Du kan hyra båtlåda. En cykel- och gångväg går framför byggnaden och den vita sanden på Pensacola Beach ligger tvärs över gatan. Historiska Fort Pickens ligger bara 2 mil bort.
Vi kräver nu endast online-bokning och minst 4 nätter på grund av flera förfrågningar och möjliga överbokning.
Sovrummet garderoben är stängd, men det finns en byrå i detta rum och det finns en mycket stor garderob i det andra sovrummet och en tom byrå för kläder.

Nice end condo, close to amenities

We enjoyed the close access to most everything at Pensacola beach:) The managers were attentive and supportive, enjoyed our stay:) Condo was very clean and views were great!

Great location

The building is very nice. Plenty of parking. The condo had plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. You will have to walk to get to the beach access BUT it’s only 5 minutes and that part of the beach was not crowded. The have a spacious laundry room with commercial washers so you will need quarters if you like to do laundry.

My 95 year old mother and I stayed for a month. Facility was clean but not set up for older people ( no handholds in bathroom) . Mom is capable of handling it so we had no trouble. Otherwise quiet and restful and fun for us !

Great roomy condo with a great bay view.

Condo was very roomy with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen combination. Master bedroom was spacious with it’s own private bath. Second bedroom was normal size but bunk bed made it feel roomy. Second bath was across second bedroom. Balcony was good size and view was great. Only drawback is no washer/dryer in the condo, but there is a washeteria on ground floor. If you are staying a week that is really not a big problem. Would definitely rent here again. Owner was easily accessible and was very friendly and accommodating.

Hot week in Pensacola Beach

The air conditioner failed while we were there. The owner said additional coolant could not be found for the unit? It will be replaced the week after we left. Was sent 3 box fans. They only moved the hot air around. Asked VRBO for a partial refund for the 80 degree sleeping conditions. All we got was a hot unpleasent stay. Very disappointed.

The Best of Everything!

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms in this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen and all rooms are well thought out with a comfortable stay in mind. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the bay or the beach. We will hopefully return soon! thank you

Location, location, location

We’ve stayed at Sabine multiple times. Love the location close to everything with easy walk to beach. Very beautiful views of the bay! Older unit that could use some upgrades but very comfortable. All the comforts of home in the kitchen. Glad they had box fans as I forgot mine.

Beach vacation

Great location close to everything. We loved the beaches at Ft. Pickens.. beautiful and not crowded. Condo was roomy and had a great balcony with great views. The pool was also very nice.

Better than the pictures

Easiest check in process ever. Condo was clean and the pictures don't do it justice. It feels very spacious and inviting. The location was perfect for us. Glad I discovered the door directly across the hall leads to the stairwell with a nice deck to have my coffee and watch the dolphins and beach.

A month on Pensacola Beach

The condo was very spacious and bright. Of course the views were outstanding! We had several dinners at home, the kitchen was well stocked. I had some initial concern regarding the elevator to the 7th floor, it was a non-issue, the building is well maintained and the laundry facilities were excellent. The location is very convenient. Amy was easy to work with. I would return in the future...

Great view....not so great experience

This condo needs a deep cleaning, including the air vents...we were not given the correct codes to enter the building...there were noise issues from above and beside us..the property manager told us to call the police...we did not come here to go through this kind of stress..so we left early...the view, however, is magnificent...

Right across the street from the beach!

We had a great time staying here! It was right next door to the condo we have family in. The best perk was that we used the recreation room on the bottom floor to play board games with our family.
