Nya granit bänkskivor! Prisvärd är nyckelordet för familjevänliga Baywatch Condominiums. Detta två sovrum, två badrum enhet är ljus och luftig. Njut av vackra vyer över Santa Rosa Ljud och Baywatch egen sandstrand och Duck Pond från din egen balkong. Cykel och promenadvägar gör det enkelt att gå eller cykla till Peg Leg Pete, Fort Pickens State Park eller stranden på Gulf Side ... eller bara njuta av den mjuka vågskvalp på ljudsidan. Privat upplyst docka är bra för fiske eller njuta av solnedgången. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med 32 "väggmonterad platt-TV (även privat dörr som leder till balkongen). Befälhavaren Badrummet har en duschkabin, inget badkar. Det andra sovrummet har två över hela våningssängar med platt-TV / DVD (perfekt för barnen). Vardagsrum har nya (1/2016) 43 "platt-TV / DVD och bäddsoffa. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Trådlöst internet och kabel-TV. Nice place on the bay to swim or fish

Kids could fish off of the dock. There was a small beach to lay out or swim. Good place for a family with kids. Will visit again.

Only thing bad was the weather

Love Gulf Blue Vacations!

Pensacola Beach Condo

The condo is located across the street from the beach but the beach side condo's are gated so you have to drive to the beach. The Wifi is terrible, so make sure you have a lot of data banked before you go. The kitchen was great. Condo was on the small side but clean and comfortable.

Our family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazing. When we walked in we found everything was very clean and easy to find. I really enjoyed how the television and appliances were up to date. Also there was plenty of room for everyone. Another feature that I found very nice was that we were walking distance from the beach, and the trolley ran from the condo to town which made getting around very easy. Thank you so much for setting up such a nice place for my family and me to stay on our vacation.

The shower pole in the second bathroom show signs of alot of rust, that could be changed out as well. But other than that, everything was fine. Great price, looking forward to booking this unit for future vacation in Pensacola.

Great Location - Didn't plan to stay inside much anyway...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors had long course black hair all over them when we arrived and one of the tubs didn't drain. They did send someone over to fix the drain pretty quickly though. The living area was nice, but small for our 6 member family (it sleeps 6, but doesn't really have much room for all 6 for hanging out). The kitchen was VERY small, so if you plan to cook most of your meals just be prepared. Being just across the street from the beach was nice and we ended up spending most of our time there anyway.

Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience with this property and with the gulf blue team. I had stayed in this same property 2 years earlier and the company had no record of my stay due to a new computer system. However, they still gave me a return stay discount which I thought was just amazing. It made me want to use this company for all my travels to Pensacola. The property was newly remodeled and so clean. We especially loved the added touch of beach toys!!! Another positive aspect was the speed at which i received my deposit back and the politeness of the staff. Great experience overall!!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this condo during Deluna Fest and the place exceeded my expectations for the reasonable price. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for away-from-home cooking and eating. The appliances were in great shape, the bed and other furniture comfortable, the view of the water as advertised, and the grounds of the community were well-maintained. Pensacola Beach itself was amazing -- my first time on the Gulf and WOW! That water was so blue and the sand so white. What an absolutely beautiful beach. The festival was a blast (the two mile or so walk to the center of "town" semi-bearable in the heat), and the people of Pensacola Beach super friendly. I had such a great time that I will be back, probably not for the festival but during the winter when my cold Virginia bones need warming up. I will try to rent this place again. Thanks for making my stay so welcome!

Could have been better

Location was the best as the beach was walking distance and is quiet and away from the party. Property was extremely disappointing and filty. Carpet was a nightmare. It was impossible to sleep in as none of the windows have good curtains so the sun shine on your face at 6 am every day. We found some roach droppings in the kitchen cabinets and the worse was to find a hand towel with what it looked like poop stains from previous guest. Also we had a surprise visitors that came to do a window insurance quote that took 30 to 40 minutes of our time and when I called Southern Vacation, no one knew anything about it. We made the best out of our stay, but with so many good choices out there, I will never use Southern Vacation Rentals again.
