VÀlkommen till den fantastiska River's Edge Cabin. Detta hem vid floden har allt du behöver för att koppla av och njuta av skönheten som omger dig. NÀr du kommer in i hemmet hittar du kök och vardagsrum. Köket Àr utrustat med helt nya apparater. Det finns barplatser vid den vackra trÀbÀnken för 4. Det bekvÀma vardagsrummet har en vedspis och underbar utsikt över floden. En helt ny ombyggnad har lagt till en matsal med plats för 8-10. Mediarummet har ocksÄ en stor platt-TV och en mÀngd DVD-skivor att vÀlja mellan. Det finns en drottning bÀddsoffa i detta rum för ytterligare sovmöjligheter. PÄ bottenvÄningen hittar du ocksÄ de tvÄ rummen och ett delat badkar. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och det andra har en tvilling / drottning vÄningssÀng. PÄ övervÄningen Àr den rymliga master sviten. Detta rum har en king size-sÀng, egen TV och ett privat badrum. Utanför omsluten dÀck Àr ett bra stÀlle att tillbringa tid. Det finns en gasgrill och gott om stolar att luta sig tillbaka och njuta av floden. En helt ny badtunna har precis lagts till sÄ att du kan njuta av ett blöt medan ljudet frÄn floden lugnar dig. River's End is the Best!

We stayed at River's End Cabin and had a great time. It's a lovely property - can't beat the river right out back! We were there with my grown kids and grandkids and they all loved it! The property is far enough away to enjoy the scenery, but close enough to go to town and do all the fun Durango "things." We went on a hike, a horse ride, a train ride, visited Mesa Verde national park, and the Durango hot springs. Fun Trip!

The roperty is absolutely beautiful and just far enough off the highway to be secluded. The hot tub was an absolute need for us and one of the main reasons we chose this property. The only issue we had was the master bed. I have never had a worse nights sleep. The mattress has huge holes where people sleep and the middle has a huge hump in it. Basically like two very large people have been sleeping in the bed for years. I would have hoped for the price the beds would have been in better condition. We slept in the smaller downstairs bedroom for the rest of our stay and it was better but still not in great shape. Other than that the property was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!!

The Florida River was so alive. It moved so quickly and with lots of white water going over and around rocks. It’s not very deep, but the current seems strong. It’s a rocky bottom, so you would need good rubber boots to wade, as well as someone to watch out for you. There’s a big backyard between the house and the river. It would be a great place for family gatherings and games. The pictures below of the river are LIVE, so be sure to hold each down, when you click on them.. We loved this VRBO, and hope we can come back.The house was great. Everything is on the first floor, except the master bed and bath. The VRBO pictures are accurate. The Rivers Edge

Perfect if you're looking for a quite get away. The property is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Durango and is perfect for a quite stay or dropping into town. As well as finding many outdoor adventures. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality stay.

Wonderful river cabin

Nestled by the river yet close enough to enjoy Durango, we had the best of town and country. A well-supplied home with everything you will need. We highly recommend this home.

That’s what this place feels like for me, it was wonderful, quite, have a good space for the 8 of us. The backyard was lovely, the river, everything.

Highly recommend!

Everything about this property was lovely and relaxing. Sitting on the red Adirondack chairs, out by the river, were the best for relaxation. The VRBO description of the property was spot on and not exaggerated in any way. We would rent again in a heart beat! Restful, peaceful stay

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving! The property was cleaned, well maintained and had a beautiful creek view. There was a well equipped kitchen and family games available to enjoy.

Just what we needed

We very much enjoyed this beautiful cabin that is literally on the river. My kids played in the water and we enjoyed the serenity of the property. It was lovely to sit next to the water and enjoy nature. Also,Just 15 min drive into downtown Durango. We would stay here again.

Turkey day get away!

Property was as described. River was extremely low due to lack of moisture they have received this year. Cabin was nice and cozy. Had a couple of things that can be expected for a place on a river in the mountains. There are definitely mice. Found some mouse poop in the second drawer down on the left side of the dishwasher when we went to get a serving spoon for the side dishes. Not a huge deal just had to wash all utensils prior to use. Like I said this is to be expected for a property with this kind of location. Cleaners did leave some towels hanging on the upstairs bathroom door and there was some trash behind the headboard(on the floor, which we did not touch) in the master bedroom upstairs. Other than those minor things the property is great and me and my family had a wonderful time. Great to get away with everything going on in the world today.

Great time!

We had a great time at this Property. It was exactly as advertised! Creek was awesome, but cold! It was just the getaway we all needed. Lots of wildlife around the property too. Seemed to be a lot of restrictions though. Towels, linens, dishwasher use, social curfews, etc. It did not impact our experience, but just a lot of “donts” with the rental. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

I would give this 6 stars. We had a small trip with my wife and three kids. This was the most relaxed we had been in a long time! The kids loved the creek! The place is not far from Bayfield or Durango where we grabbed pizza and ice cream for the kids. This is a must stay. Thanks for the memorable experience and opening up your home to us!
