Set on 38 beautifully landscaped acres, this luxurious estate offers complete serenity and privacy, while being just minutes from the shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants of downtown Calistoga. Surrounded by rolling vineyards, mature fruit trees, and panoramic mountain views, this one-of-a-kind property is ideal for group getaways, family gatherings, and wine country escapes. The main house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an open-concept layout designed for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, including a six-burner stove with hibachi griddle, double ovens, warming drawer, and double sinks. A large Restoration Hardware dining table seats 12, with four additional bar stools at the kitchen island. French doors lead from the kitchen and living areas directly to expansive outdoor patios, with outdoor dining and couches with firepits perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the views. We also have an outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling, large pool with lounge chairs, and stunning olive trees that have twinkle lights with two large dining tables that can seat up to 20 people. The perfect spot for entertaining! We have an open concept living room, sitting room, dining and kitchen, perfect for entertaining large groups.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony with stunning mountain views, crib, a custom California walk-in closet, TV, and a spa-like bathroom with clawfoot tub, separate shower, and double vanities. The second upstairs bedroom also features a king bed, private balcony, TV, walk-in closet, along with a desk, printer, and a full en-suite bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds, its own balcony, TV, a walk-in closet, and full en-suite bath. A large upstairs game room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy media area with TV and lounge seating.

Downstairs we have a wine cellar, full bathroom (half bath with full shower), two full over full bunk beds with a couch and TV as well as a PS5.

The detached guest house is perfect for guests seeking privacy. It includes a king bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, dining area, living room with TV, and its own washer and dryer. In total, the property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.

Guests have access to the entire 38 acre property, with the exception of a few owner closets.

Parking is available throughout the property on our driveways at the main house and guest house. Please park within our gates.

We want to be mindful of the Sonoma County noise ordinance so we ask that there is no loud music/noise past 10PM. We want to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. I hope you understand!
