Artister av sviten (ArtSu), en exceptionell omdesignad svit, för krävande resenärer som gillar att tillbringa och njuta av semestern i ett trevligt, elit, lugnt område.

Du kan hitta och njuta av en ungersk stil som är mer än 110 år gammal. Detta är ett välbyggt palats, ursprungliga dörrar, fönster, rutnät, trappor högt i taket och av starka träparketter.
Det största sovrummet har en king size, två enkelsängar med tjocka bekväma madrasser. Eftersom detta rum är 26 m2 stort kan du njuta av en lounge i detta rum. Stort fönster som ger utsikt över andra palats och vänster sida de vackra Buda hilles, Margaret Island och Danibe floden alla tillsammans.
ArtSu har ett modernt tillräckligt stort välutrustat kök med allt du behöver för din komfort. Diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, kaffebryggare osv .... Det finns ett antikt ovalt matbord med 4 stoppade stolar. ArtSu har också ett litet sovrum med fönster mot den tysta innergården. Detta är perfekt för en person men vi tänkte att om det gillar att sova ett par, kan vi också hantera på begäran.
Badrummet som är tillräckligt stort för att njuta av allt område med toalett, handfat och en fin stor regnvandringdusch eller handdusch som du vill. Vi ställer in badrummet med duschgel, toalettpapper, hårtork, handtvål och inte minst, alltid tillräckligt med nya handdukar.

Plats: ... Perfekt! Området är livligt med många lokalbefolkningar och ger få lokala restauranger med ungerskt bra kök, kaféer med terrasser och en typisk marknad. Denna lägenhet ger en oförglömlig vistelse. Donaufloden bara 20 meter, Margaretön bara 300 meter och det vackra parlamentet 5 minuters promenad. Pozsonyi-gatan (20 meter) på hörnet är mycket känd för restauranger, kaféer, lokal liten butik, konfektbutik, marknad och Duna-corso. Judiskt och konstnärsområde inte känd turistattraktion verkligen lokala kvarter. Perfekt för basplats eftersom det är i stadens centrum. Alla huvudattraktioner är gångavstånd. Den utmärkta kollektivtrafiken, buss, tunnelbana och spårvagn några meter och inte minst den lokala båtstationen också 20 meter från dörren.

We had a wonderful stay in Budapest! If you are looking for a charming, authentic flat with the warmth of Hungarian hospitality, this is the place for you! Janos and Joszef were wonderful hosts and their recommendations were superb! Off the beaten path, we appreciated being out of the tourist area but with scooters, we were only 10-15 minutes from St. Stephen’s Basilica. The parliament was a five minute walk and we were just down the street from the Danube and Margaret Island. Thank you Janos and Joszef!

An Excellent Stay

The apartment was in good order and modernised, and was comfortable. We had all essentials.It is located in a very convenient part of town: shops and cafes/restaurants were nearby, and public transport was easily accessible. The Danube is close, as is Margarit Island and Bridge.Janos and Joszef were very helpful, and we particularly enjoyed Janos' guided tour around the Danube Bend.

Just right

This was a very comfortable, well equipped apartment in relatively quiet area. It was very well situated in walking distance of most locations of interest in Budapest, but also easy to use the excellent public transport system from here. There were several small supermarkets nearby including one with 24hour opening and a good number of very good local restaurants and bakeries. Janos and Joseph were extremely good hosts who made sure we had all the information we needed for an enjoyable four days in Budapest with many good recommendations. All highly recommended and we really hope to go back again. Thank you.

Perfect spot!!

Budapest was amazing, and exploring from Janos & Jozsef's apartment was ideal. They were very understanding of our later than planned arrival due to a late train, and met us there when we arrived. All was in order, and Janos was a great contact when I needed. The apartment is in a great walking neighborhood, and public transportation is impeccable in the city, and in getting to the airport when we needed. I'd definitely rent again from them!

The place to stay!

This unit is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but with everything just minutes away by foot including the bridge to Margaret Island and the famous #2 tram. The apartment is meticulously furnished and located in a beautiful historic building. You feel that you are truly living in Budapest, not just visiting. But what makes this place shine even further, as mentioned in other reviews, are the hosts who will help you with every detail of your trip. My stay was cut short due to family matters but one of the hosts, János, gave me a personalized one day tour of the city which I will never forget. If you are lucky enough to find this place available for your visit, I would definitely take it!

Lovely Stay

The apartment is ideally situated with shops, restaurants and everything you need within a very short walk, and a 2 block walk to the Villamos. The apartment is spacious, especially for just the 2 of us. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom is large. But the standout features of this place is the cleanliness of everything and Janos! Janos is so warm and welcoming! We’ve stayed at his other apartment before, and I remembered how nice and helpful he was. Had we needed assistance with anything, he was easily reachable. I would highly recommend this apartment, and we hope to stay again!

ArtSu Danube

This is a lovely little apartment. It's in a great position for shops, banks, restaurants and transport but on a quiet sidestreet. Margarit Island is virtually on it's doorstep with the Parliament building just a short walk. Janos and Josef were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful in arranging airport transfers and giving us enough information to enable us to make the best of our stay. It is an old building and the lift did give me pause, but I had no intention of climbing the stairs to the fifth floor so had to use it! The second bedroom is quite small but ample for one person. Overall it was a great base for a visit to Budapest.

Where to start! This apartment is perfect. It's 3 minutes walk from a tram interchange that will take you anywhere you want to go (don't worry, you can hear NOTHING in the apartment) but don't rush to leave the area - it's safe and there are lovely coffee shops and bistros for breakfast while you make plans. The apartment itself is utterly charming, equipped with everything you need (it's spotless, the aircon is superb, the kitchen has everything you'd want). But the real selling point is the hosts Janos and Jozsef who made our stay very special from the personal welcome and recommendations from Jozsef (including temporary changes to transport over the national holiday), to the very special tour we took with Janos to get a real insight to the real Hungary through real lived experiences. Honestly, treat yourself to booking a stay and a tour, you will not regret it!!

Amazing

Absolutely great place. Oversized combined bedroom with sitting area with couch very spacious. Walk-in shower with good-sized bathroom and also large kitchen fully stocked with everything. Also, there is a smaller second room with a day bed. The unit has everything for stay including extra towels and without question has undergone a remodel recently and looks very new. The area is primarily residential. Multiple restaurants and a bar are within a two-minute walk. Parliament and downtown are less than 15-minute walk. Tram station is less than 3-5 minutes away. After 10 pm the area was quiet which was nice as it still was warm two weeks ago and we kept the windows open and no noise at night I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or area. But what makes this place absolutely a 5-star facility are the OWNERS!!!. Janos and Joszef are amazing hosts. Even before we arrived, Janos had forwarded me the app to arrange for a train from Vienna to Budapest. They met us at the apartment and explained everything to see and do locally. Both are passionate about the area, being raised in Hungary, and the changes from communism to the current democracy. Janos was available for the day and provided a tour of the city. Aside from hitting all the major landmarks, he also showed us small details of the city only a local would know including taking us to the local market and trying local delicacies. If this place is available, GRAB IT!!!

Geschmackvoll gestaltete, renovierte Altbauwohnung in einer (ent)spannenden Stadt

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der hervorragend ausgestatteten, sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Janos, der Vermieter, bietet private Stadtführungen an, die Einblicke gewähren, welche anderen Touristen verborgen bleiben. Er ist jederzeit ansprechbar bei Problemen und gibt wertvolle Tipps zum Aufenthalt in der Stadt (Essen, SPA, Ausflüge etc.). Wir empfehlen beides, Wohnung und Stadtführung unbedingt weiter. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The location of the property in Budapest is superb. The neighbourhood is extremely walkable, dotted with outstanding shops and restaurants, as well as offering easy access to all the top attractions of the city. Could not be more satisfied

Jozsef and Janos were excellent hosts. Rental was spotless, great location, good restaurants and shopping close by, as well as the tram. Owners provided us with many recommendations for interesting sites to visit, restaurants, etc. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic newly remodeled modern apartment

Stayed a week at this great apartment with full kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, etc.), beautiful modern bathroom with rain shower and huge master bedroom along with nice extra bedroom. In a great location, a block from Danube and a block from trams and buses, and walking distance from many sites and train and metro station. Many good restaurants and grocery stores very near. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable, available with lots of information at check-in and accessible for help at all times, and clearly take pride in their properties. I was here for a week on a 5 week vacation and this one of the best experiences of the trip. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Excellent and attention to detail

Everything in our stay was greater than 5 stars. We had help with activities, first hand help with appliances. Suggestions for eating. Suggestions for trips and things to see. Our apartment was well furnished and anything we needed or asked for was delivered very timely. We would stay here again if we are ever in Budapest.

The city tour can be half day or full day . I never learned to guide but love my city and I was always curious about history and people and I always ask about people life so if you like to see this city through a local person eye , that is me .
Every tour I do I share my life and a small part of my soul so I happy to wait the right small group of travellers .

The village tour to Szentendre the art village can be by train or boat or these combination . This is a romantic village in Hungary with art , cafes , 300 yo houses .
