The Space:
This listing is for a 1BR suite at the relaxing Worldmark Estes resort. You will have access to a private suite and all resort amenities. The photos are stock photos provided by the resort. While all suites are similarly designed and furnished, your suite may vary from the photos. For more information on the resort suites and amenities, please visit the Worldmark Estes Park website.
Your 1BR suite will include the following:
• Bedroom: King or Queen bed
• Living Room: Queen Sleeper sofa
• Hairdryer
• DVD Player
• Stereo
• Television
• Wi-Fi Internet Access
• Balcony/Patio
• Some suites have fireplaces
Guest Access:
Check In:
• Guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The resort staff will hold your luggage and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $250 refundable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk. It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes
Parking:
• Free self-parking is available on site for guests.
• the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
Resort Fees: (These are collected at the resort)
• The State Lodging and Sales tax will be collected at the front desk at check in. The tax is 14.2%.

• If arriving at the resort after 11 p.m., please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements before arrival.
• Washer/dryers are limited to 2- and 3-bedroom suites. Studio and 1-bedroom suites have access to a shared guest laundry room.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
