This professionally designed and newly renovated lakefront house is located right in the middle of the lake with access to everything on the water. It is fully loaded with a new hot tub, fire pit, 4 arcade games, kayaks, SUPs, Coffee Bar, Waffle Bar, 3 living areas, 4 King Suites, incredible fishing and sleeps 16 guests.
Wait until you see the master bedroom and en suite. You will feel right at home no detail has been overlooked all the way down to the USB chargers on each nightstand.
Sunset Point is located right in the heart of Lewis Smith Lake with easy access to Duncan Bridge and Duskin Point Marinas and the town of Arley, AL. The house has been completed renovated and updated with all new flooring, furniture, appliances, kitchen wares, lighting, arcade games, and more to ensure a fantastic stay for you and your guests.

BEDROOMS
MAIN - Master bedroom w/ King
UPSTAIRS - Bedroom 2 w/ King and Bedroom 3 w/ Queen & 2 Twins
DOWNSTAIRS - Bedroom 4 w/ King and Bedroom 5 w/ King plus Sleeper Sofa
You will have access to the entire house, backyard, and dock all to yourself. You will access the house via SmarLock on the front door.
Guests will have a remote Check-In, and we host remotely. We are always available but will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. We do have security cameras at each entrance to the house for the safety of the house and our guests so we will know when you arrive and how many guests you have in your group.
HOUSE RULES
âą No Parties or events allowed.
âą Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 14.
âą No Smoking or Vaoing of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged.
âą No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge is $750 per pet.
âą Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water.
