Beautiful View

The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location to enjoy the beach, loved the heated pool and hot tub. Loved waking up to the sunrise each morning, could enjoy from bed!

Excellent Condo and location, right on the beach

A Perfect Beach Getaway – Can’t Wait to Return!Our two-week stay was absolutely wonderful—thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!My childhood best friend and I came for our annual beach-and-catch-up trip, and your condo was everything we hoped for and more. All the glowing reviews were right—the view is breathtaking! I loved waking up to see the sunrise right from bed.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (even spices in the pantry!), the in-unit washer and dryer, the smart TV and cable for our movie nights, and the perfect layout with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. My friend slept in thanks to the cozy, dark second bedroom, while I enjoyed the master bedroom with its stunning morning light and easy access to the beach for my sunrise walks.Our days were filled with beach time, shopping, and relaxing, and our evenings were pure joy—movies, backgammon, and laughter. It truly felt like home.We would love to return, especially for a longer stay—maybe even a full month next time. Great getaway

We were just there for a couple nights, but had a great stay. The location really makes it special. The only issue we had was that the washer didn’t always drain, and it took forever for a load to wash. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Best Location and Super Clean

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 women. Very comfortable, very clean, and location is perfect. Unrelated to the condo itself, there is a lot of tar on the beach right now. Recommend bringing your own tar wipes as the condo building does provide some but by the end of each day they would run out.

Wonderful Stay

Everything clean, orderly. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of codes to remember so I suggest putting them on a little card and keeping with you at all times. Beach just a short walk from the property and I was impressed by how clean it was, and very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and can't wait to visit again

Relaxing

This is the perfect location. Everything works. The view is simply stunning. The comfort is great. It was quiet the entire time. Our host did everything to make sure everything would be fine since we had a flat tire and would be arriving very late. The security guard stayed after hours to check us in. It was great. My family enjoyed everything. We will be coming back.

Great condo, well stocked with amenities and wonderful view.

The condo was very tastefully decorated and very functional and did not have a lot of gaudy decorations common at many beach condos. The view is amazing and in the master bedroom you can lay in bed and watch the sunrise. My sister and her husband were in that room and my brother-in-law loved that feature. We did not have room for our beach chairs in the car, so it was a great plus to have them available in the condo. If coming back to South Padre Island, would definitely seek out this condo and would certainly recommend it to anyone vacationing there.

Amazing Condo!!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we LOVE it. The bed in the master is so comfortable that before we left my husband was trying to find out what type of mattress it is. Another thing I love about this condo is the owners are not stingy on supplies and even have additional items that I have never had at other VRBOs. Ed is a great communicator. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about it! The only one thing that I would change is the shades in the 2nd bedroom aren’t fully blackout shades. My daughters are use to sleeping in pitch black. The windows in this room face the hallway to the common area of the apartment complex so the lights are on all night. Once again this is not a reason to not stay there just a heads up just in case another guest as light sensitive children. We placed black trash bags on the windows and it did the job!

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay here. The views were great and the unit was well supplied-- it even had coffee filters-- which is something that is often missing with VRBO bookings.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and because it is the last condo on that side of the beach (and Labor Day week), it wasn't crowded at all. The condo has almost everything you need... including beach chairs, a wagon (although we had our own), flashlights for walking on the beach at night or watching the crabs, as well as whatever you needed inside. The only thing we couldn't find was measuring spoons, so we just used regular spoons and estimated. We would definitely consider staying there again and recommend it to others.

Best location and extremely comfortable

We had a great time there. It’s a absolutely gorgeous apartment. Big bedrooms abs clean bathrooms. Very ample kitchen supply and smooth communications of any questions. All you need is close by. Online pictures don’t do the justice of this condo.
