Beachfront luxury condo perfect for a wonderful vacation

The views from this unit are amazing as it is a corner unit on the top floor of the six story building. You can see for miles in each direction .The entire condo has been recently updated. The complex offers two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct, private access to the beach, just steps from the beach.

The spacious living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as access to the main balcony.

The master suite with floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows has a king bed, large flat screen TV and on-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and TV. It also has access to the wrap around patio with views.

The third bedroom has two double beds, built in dresser and spacious closet. It also has a TV and access to the wrap around patio with views.

There is a shared bath with walk in shower.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs. Everything you need to prepare your meals while enjoying the beautiful view.

We loved the property. It was a last min. friends weekend and this place couldn’t have been better. It was spacious with great view towards the water. The beach was literally a 2 min walk. Very convenient location. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful View,comfortable beachside furnishings, fully outfitted kitchen, even the pool was quiet and a pleasant temperature. Perfect.

Best view on the island

We had a great stay at Sea Vista. Amazing views, very clean, and extremely well stocked unit. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed making sand castles, catching ghost crabs at night, and walking along the beach. Fantastic vacation unit. Highly recommend renting here!

Five Days In Paradise

Six related old folk couples in their young 80s thoroughly enjoyed this 3 bedroom condo for five nights of family stories and tales and spending a great deal of time on the balcony watching the tide, waves, boats, and beach walkers. The condo was equiped with everything needed and MORE. Beautiful decore. The check-in folks and security were so welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. Excellent elevator. Easy access to the beach. A/C was great. Two types of coffee pots and a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities galore. Beds and views were super. Luggage carts available. Coded access gate/secured parking. Location Location Location

I stay at the Sea Vista every year. It is the best property on the beach. It shows its age but access to the beach is awesome. The unit itself is on the sixth floor, and the first time I have picked anything besides the first floor. I was happy with the choice. The property was recently updated with walk in showers in both bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, and the views from the patio of the ocean were amazing both in morning and at night. Closet was packed with canopy and various beach toys. Only a couple of complaints. The toilets are both super efficient toilets but very very loud if someone uses in the middle of the night. You can hear no matter where you are in the property, and they don't flush well. Only other comment was around lack of enough toilet paper for the stay. I haven't stayed at a property where it wasn't stocked with toilet paper for the stay(only a roll in each bathroom, and a 1/2 under a sink) which doesn't cut it for 6 people. We had to make a trip to the store on day 3 to pick up more rolls, as we didn't have a "square to spare". While I got a quick response from the owner on my question on where the rest of the toilet paper was hidden, I did find it disappointing. Overall, definitely a good property, but was disappointed in the toilet paper situation. Would really be nice if the toilets were changed out also as having to flush twice due to low flow toilets really negates the purpose, and they are loud.

The location of this property is fantastic!!! We went to the waterpark and it was right next door. Loved that it was a corner unit. It is a little older building, but the unit is well taken care of and probably the best stocked place we have stayed at. Beds were super comfortable and cannot say enough about the view. The walk to the beach is well maintained. Highly recommend staying here.

Friendly, cozy stay! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook and eat meals... the storage has toys and chairs to take down to the beach... restroom has shampoos and plenty of towels... and the beds were ao comfy! The balcony has plenty of room to sit with family to enjoy the fresh, evening breeze! It was perfect!

Great property, very cozy! The only complaint I have is it was a little dusty but I assume it's because the property is used so often. There was 5 of us staying last minute and it was perfect for us all. Everything you think you could need. Love the patios so you can watIch the sunsets. Definitely would stay again. It was our first time at South Padre Island. We Stayed Sunday August 6th thru Wednesday August 6th.
