This property is a great location with wonderful views of the beach. It is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was flawless. We have stayed here for the past three years and are looking forward to our next stay.

The rooms are very big and spacious with comfortable beds very clean loved the view kitchen had everything you need from spices to pots and pans host was great answered all questions and very friendly responded very quickly we come to south padre every year and this is our favorite condo so far would love to come back

Condo was very clean and everything was provided. The view was amazing and the beach access was so convenient. Good communication with the host which was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing time at our mothers-daughters trip. The place was cozy, clean and so welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and we had all the essentials … we will definitely stay here again. The beach view is perfect and the balcony was huge. We recommend it so much

Great condo in the quiet part of SPI. The pool and beach were nice. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that arose. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Great condo overlooking the beach. This is our favorite place on the island and we've stayed a couple times. Can't wait to come back. The balcony is awesome.

This is our second year at this property and we were not disappointed. It is well equipped with everything a guest needs at the beach and the location is great. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to South Padre.

we loved staying here, plenty of room for two couples and a pair of teenagers, loved the decor, spacious bedrooms and balcony overlooking South Padre's beach
