We had a very peaceful weekend at this beautiful cabin! The local restaurants had great food and very friendly staff and the area in general is amazing, especially for the fall colors.

Great WI Getaway

This is our second year staying at Kathy’s place and we always love it. It is a great, quiet location yet close to all the fun the NW WI has to offer. The cabin is on a lovely shaded lot and is just as described. It has everything you’ll need for a nice stay. We definitely plan to come back again!

Perfect

This cabin was perfect. Our family (2 adults, 2 teenage daughters) were able to have our own space to unwind during the busy weekend of our niece's wedding. There was plenty of space and enjoyed sitting on the front porch. This was a much better option for us vs. the hotel and we will certainly keep this in mind for future visits!

Thanksgiving Stay

This is a cozy little cabin and it was the right size for us. We were visiting family in Cumberland, so it was close enough. Due to county regulations, they cannot provide any food, condiments, etc. so be sure to bring everything you need. This is a great spot for 2-3 people, and your dog!

Relaxing location

This was a delightful place to stay! It was very neat and clean. The location was very relaxing; we enjoyed seeing and hearing the swans in the nearby lake. I would have only liked to have had a casserole dish and a fan for the living room; yet we did fine without either. Ww had a great week here. 😀 would have

Great getaway

When you are looking to disconnect and get away from the cities, this cabin is the place to go. My husband and I have enjoyed this cabin several times and will continue to come back. Next time, we will bring our own bath towels. The ones provided are very very well used and have a foul (urine) smell to them.

We look forward to coming back

Went for a long weekend with the husband and our 2 kids (11and 6) to see the Lumberjack championship and enjoy a day on a lake. It was great, it was like “glamping” to me. The AC worked perfectly and it was EXTREMELY CLEAN! There’s some steep inclines outside and the dock was a bit wobbly so I wouldn’t bring any toddlers. đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž Look into the neighboring lakes, rent a boat and enjoy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is our third year staying with Kathy. We enjoy her space which is perfect for us and our two dogs. We enjoy the quietness of the property with its nice central location to many of the towns, activities and services. We will definitely be back.

We wanted to stay here because it wasn't far from home, but wanted to feel like we were far away! It was the perfect size for just me and my husband. The cabin is clean, cute, and in a quiet area. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating at the Red Brick cafe for breakfast. We would definitely come back again. Check out was easy...washed and put away dishes, and threw linens in washer and drier. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us!

We built this home in 2010. It is on a slab with in floor heat. Mostly wood interior walls and ceiling with custom Hickory cabinets. Our son lived here for three years and since then has moved. This is a special place to us and we want to share with you. If you enjoy quiet settings, this place is for you. You can travel 10 miles north or south to Cumberland or Shell Lake/Spooner area. The view all year around is beautiful. Green trees in the spring/summer and in the fall the colors are unbelievable.
