Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
âą This unit specifically will not have balcony access from mid-November to late-December.
âą The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
âą Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.
