Discover the beauty of Mohave Valley from this delightful 4-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 king bed, guests will find the accommodations comfortable. There are also two blow up mattresses you can use in the living room.
You can fish on the the river, go dove hunting or wake up and go hit a round of 18. Then go ride your desert toy till your heart is content.
The golf course was designed by Pete Dye and really is a hidden gem and fun to play. Pete designed TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course, PGA West Stadium Course, Kiawah Island (Ocean Course), Harbor Town Golf Links and Whistling Straits (The Strait Course)
The whole highway 95 area has golf courses. Making this home a great spot to rest, relax or enjoy the local activities including off-roading. The living room has a view of the first tee and main clubhouse. Boasting a long patio to enjoy the good weather and people watch.
The air conditioned garage has a pool table/ table tennis combo. Darts, Golden Tee Video Game and a Fussbal table.

Our family is located a few ours south of the home and enjoy using it on the weekends. We enjoy doing family activities like boating, playing cards and cornhole tournaments. We canât be at the home as much when the school year starts so we are letting long term seasonal renters use our property.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We picked the neighborhood for its location between lake Mohave/ Laughlin and Needles CA where we go for the best snow cones after getting off the Colorado River. Itâs also on the golf course and I play. We also enjoy a little blackjack so being 30 minutes from Laughlin and only 10 from Avi Casino made this a great spot for us.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I think itâs unique for the spacious AC Garage and games onsite along with sitting on the first tee box of the golf course. The home has a long covered patio thatâs great for bird watching and watching Tee Shots. At night itâs even better. Great views of the stars.
