Vår fullt utrustade lägenhet, tidigare KB-modellhus som köpts 2014, är perfekt beläget i hjärtat av Bay Area för enkel pendling till Silicon Valley och San Francisco. Gångavstånd till tåg / tunnelbana (BART). Nära till stora motorvägar och broar. Massor av shopping, restauranger, affärs- och nöjesplatser. Boyta är ungefär 1726 kvadratmeter. Gourmetkök med stor ö som öppnar upp till det vackra möblerade vardagsrummet. Stor platt-skärm Sony Smart TV med kabel-TV / Apple TV möjliggör underhållning och avkoppling. Sovrummet med sovrum har en queen size-säng och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det tredje sovrummet har en dagssäng med en dubbelsäng. Varje rum har ett stort skrivbord och rymlig garderob. Det finns ett kontor på första våningen som kan användas som det fjärde sovrummet för en stor grupp. Vi kommer att tillhandahålla en queen size-säng på begäran. Två parkeringsplatser finns i garaget samt parkering på gatan nära hemmet.

Great location for short stay.

Nice and clean property. The 3 levels of stairs were a little extra for our knees. We’re 55+ so we spent the majority of our time on the second floor.

Wonderful Stay

The house was a great property and close to many things. Stayed with my family so the playgrounds around were really great. The house was big for a family of 5. The host was very responsive, answered questions, and helped with any of our needs. Safe neighborhood and close to freeways/stores. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Fabulous condo!

The condo is spacious, very clean, well furnished and decorated. It is as advertised. We came for a short family get-together, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book the property again. Thank you Emma for making our stay at your property comfortable.

Perfect Family locale

This rental was perfect for families with small children. Everything we needed for the grandchildren under age of 2: high chair,pack n play, bassinet, baby tub and a gate (more than one needed due to multiple stairs). We were offered a much appreciated early check in by the very communicative host. Although there was a small amount of kitchen supplies provided, it was perfectly adequate for what we needed since we had local family who brought over additional items. The home was extremely clean and Comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the MBR closet Is nice size to setup with pick n play as a mini “bedroom “ for our sleep trained grandson. The neighborhood is quiet and has a small enclosed play area directly across from home. Great kitchen with lots of counter area….lovely cooking space. The home is a tri-level with lots of stairs so an additional gate would be needed for small children to be “corralled “ on second/kitchen/LR level. Really appreciated the host and all the questions answered beforehand. Will definitely rent again when family comes to town.

Lovely and big townhome

We used the place as a rendezvous point for a small family reunion. Having a beautiful, large kitchen and well appointed living room made this easy and fun. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two baths (master’s is en suite). Hayward was a convenient point for our family as it was near a BART station. Importantly the unit has a double garage space as part of the townhome. There is also easy street parking. Only thing needed are some kitchen upgrades and a few other items. I have been in touch with the owner and she was very receptive to making those changes.

Very clean, very nice. Had my dream kitchen!!

It was very nice and very quiet. We weren't here much but it was clean and quiet. My older son even found a small skateboard area which he loved for the 30 minutes he had time to use it!! And they were several parks on the complex. It was easy to follow Lillies directions to get in to the condo. Also, had pizza delivered after a long day of sightseeing. Loved it and definitely recommend. Hope to return one day.

Great home centrally located

I had an amazing experience with Lilian. She always responded immediately and was above and beyond during the booking process. I couldn’t speak more highly of her. The home was beautiful and clean and equipped with the essentials. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. 10-15 minutes from Oakland airport and 20-30 from SF airport. Attended a wedding in Castro Valley and reception in Freemont. Did some sight seeing in San Fran, everything was close by. Safeway and CVS were frequent stops and a couple miles away from the house. This was the perfect rental for us. I am very pleased with the experience and the wonderful memories we now have are priceless.

We enjoyed our time at your property. It was conviently located in a beautiful new development. The townhome itself was very comfortable and clean. Small things for the future: perhaps a tv in the master, a few more supplies, and a DVD player. Again, those are small compared to the overall experience which was very positive. Literally never heard a sound from the neighbors on either side. The kitchen is large and gorgeous! One last thing: we had a question for the owner so we sent her an email. We had a response within minutes!! Very impressed with that!

Beautiful, clean and relaxing house

My two year old kept referring to this as the 'beautiful house' while we were staying! Lilian could not have been more helpful. She responded instantly to phone calls and made us feel extremely welcome. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable and it was a place to relax after trips into the city. We rented a car and had no trouble finding local shops. There were three playgrounds for my 2 preschool children. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We stayed here recently and it was wonderful. It is in a great area that is safe, quiet, and located near everything. It was near BART and also very close to the ferry terminal. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was big enough to park our Yukon XL in, which was a very nice bonus. The owner left us some snacks and also some coupons for local dining places. The only downside I can see at all was there are a lot of stairs, so if you have a problem with stairs this may not be a great rental for you. I would stay here again anytime! Thank you!!
