At the heart of the home is a real gondola, nestled in the basement game room and perfect for sharing drinks, laughs, and a little mountain magic. Designed with comfort in mind, the home features a ski locker area, heated primary bath floors, Sonos throughout, and cozy bedrooms ideal for families and friends to gather and unwind.

The Space:
The Gondola Haus offers plenty of room to spread out across two levels, thoughtfully designed for families and groups.

Upstairs / Main Living Area
The main level features a bright, open concept kitchen and dining area with seating for 12 at the table and 4 more at the island, perfect for family meals or entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials: pots, pans, plates, silverware, and more. Off the dining room, there’s a cozy living space with a large gas fireplace and comfortable couches, great for relaxing after a day outdoors. Step outside to the main level porch with a propane fire pit, comfy seating, and grill, ideal for summer evenings. Enjoy the sounds of the river, located across the street from this home!

Bedrooms
Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and designed with comfort in mind. Downstairs in the basement, you’ll find a fun and functional bunk room, perfect for kids, with two built-in bunk systems, each featuring twin beds on top and queens on the bottom. There’s also a private guest room with a queen bed on this level, offering a quiet stay for additional guests.

Basement Living + Game Area
The basement is a highlight of the home: a full second living room with a large sectional, bar area, pool table, and walk-out access to the patio and hot tub, where you can soak after a day on the slopes. And of course, the namesake of the house, a real red gondola car sits in the game room, creating a fun and cozy spot to enjoy a drink and a laugh with friends.

Garage Space:
We've transformed the garage into a fun-filled game room for guests to enjoy during their stay! Challenge your crew to a game of ping pong, darts, or cornhole, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure or enjoying a laid-back night in.

Extras
In winter, the mudroom style ski locker area offers the perfect space to stash your gear after a day on the mountain. Whether you're gathering for ski season or a summer escape, The Gondola Haus was built with, comfort, luxury and a lot of fun in mind.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, aside from a few locked closets reserved for homeowner storage.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. As part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, this home allows guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges during the Winter months. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.

Other Things to Note:
- Our rental property is situated within a new development area, which may lead to ongoing construction activities nearby. We believe in maintaining open communication with our tenants, and it is our duty to inform you that there is a possibility of construction work taking place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.

While we prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay, we also aim to ensure a safe environment for everyone. The cameras are in place solely to deter any potential security concerns and to provide a record in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the front entrance.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is accessed through the key pad on the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the booking app. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out!
