Centrally located gem

The house was adorable with its rat pack theme. Super clean and had everything we needed. We were close to Dallas Love airport and downtown arts district. Highly recomended!

Dallas Gem

This was our 2nd stay at this home and we are booked for a 3rd stay and currently trying to book a 4th stay! We have stayed in dozens of VRBO over the years all over the world and this home is one of our favorites. The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and we cook several meals while staying here. The house is laid out perfectly to give each guest their privacy in their bedrooms. The decor is fantastic and it is so comfy. The ONLY downfalls are that it does back up to a busy street and if there is a north wind or cold front coming in, the planes approach Dallas Love Airport right over the house and can be loud; however, inside the house the noise is not too bad and it did not effect our sleep at all. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful and fully stocked. The location is central in Dallas making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go - we went back and forth to SMU during our stay. AND - this home has the nicest, most responsive host we have ever encountered in a rental!!!

A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Cool – A Must-Stay in Dallas!

As fellow short-term rental owners, we truly appreciate the attention to detail that went into making this stay exceptional. The 60’s Rat Pack vibe was absolutely fantastic—stylish, inviting, and full of character. One of our favorite parts was the amazing vinyl collection, which set the perfect soundtrack for our stay. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location, making it both convenient and relaxing. The host Michael was thoughtful and responsive, clearly taking pride in creating a memorable guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful home that is so close to everything!

Stayed @ Michael’s house for the week while we attended the WESA Western Market. Only 2 miles each way and plenty of food options within that 2 mile radius. Home was perfect and we will definitely want to stay again!

Family Christmas

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! The split floor plan with bedrooms on either side of the house created privacy. The home was extremely clean, updated, and we loved the decor. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was plenty of needed supplies, kitchen utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the fire pit and yard, as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back to stay when we are in Dallas.

If you are looking for a nice location in a nice neighborhood that is close to pretty much everything look no further. Property was exactly as described and the owner was top notch. I highly recommended this listing.

Saints at Dallas

Very nice amenities. Home and property very clean and comfortable. Location very close to lots of events and restaurants. Only wish is that there was a Keurig coffee maker...there were other coffee makers available to us.

The perfect house!!

We definitely recommend this property! It’s in the best area to get to all the good places in Dallas! The house was pristine and Michael was incredibly helpful! The ambiance in the house is so cool. A lot of thought, care and love went into the decorations! A+!! It truly was one of our favorite VRBO’s!! Highly recommend this house ! Thank you Michael!!!

minor problems: listed as dog friendly, but the front gate doesn't latch shut when it is hot hotside (the metal expands). It is fine with small dogs you don't get the check in information until 24 hours in advance. On a multistop trip, this was worrying for the elderly participants who didn't have entry information on their iteneraries before we left home. Overall, we loved the house and yard. Micheal was a perfect host - very responsive and accommadating. The location is fantastic - close to highways, walking distance to a Starbucks and to nice bakeries. Near the DFW airport but the house was reasonably soundproof, so the planes did not keep us awake at night.

Mid Century Modern home in Dallas Medical Districy

This house felt like home away from home.Its very conveniently located and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing family getaway. It’s very thoughtfully decorated and my Wife was throughly impressed by the inside decor and we enjoyed the outdoor space as well.

This retro pad is not to be overshadowed

Nostalgic mid century decor, clean, great host. Central location very convenient to Dallas love Field. We visited as a family of six for the April 2024 solar eclipse. Everything was ready. The home is comfortable and adequately stocked. Michael is a gracious and efficient host. Would stay again!

Nice stay!

This was a short stay for a soccer tournament near MoneyGram Park. The house looks just like the pictures. It is very close to the airport- so you hear the planes fly over the house often. It was very rainy the days we went so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor space- but it all looked nice. It's centrally located so it was easy to explore Dallas in between soccer games.

Comfortable and well maintained property

After being gone for several years we recently traveled to Dallas with our dog. We chose Michael's place because it is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was clean, well supplied, very comfortable and well appointed. Michael was very communicative and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We have stayed here multiple times and would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful place.

Family Christmas 2023

Beautiful home and was exactly as stated in bio. The beds were very comfortable. My husband is very picky about pillows, and he loved the pillows as well! It is a very clean and fun property. Even the towels smelled wonderful! Loved the rat pack theme throughout the house. And a very special hi-fi that made listening to Christmas albums magical. Location is great! Just minutes away from anything fun in Dallas. Would highly recommend and stay at this property again!

Pleasant stay

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this house and it was just as great as the 1st time. It's very convenient to the airport, grocery stores and restaurants. The home is very clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. I hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Each room has a theme and you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lifestyle of Frank Sinatra, Jack Kennedy, and the emergence of the Jet Age in the 60's. The house lets you be a part of that culture yet it has every modern amenity. From Netflix to Amazon Prime for the modernist, to a console record player with Vinyl albums from the 1960's your get to live in the modern, and mid-century modern times.
