Great location

It was so easy to get around the places we needed go from this location. Another plus was that we got to bring our dogs. The linens on the bed were high quality and the bed itself was so comfortable.

Quick Trip

We had a short weekend stay in Dallas and this rental fit the bill perfectly. Clean, great amount of space, everything working (including A/C). Having 2-1/2 baths was nice! Loved being able to go out the back gate and jump on the Katy trail for a cooler evening walk.

Located in a great part of town. Patio was super nice and enjoyed the space. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

The look of the place online was very decieving. We were disappointed. The downstairs back patio glass sliding door wouldn't lock, which made us feel very unsecure during our stay. The 3rd day there, I ended up purchasing a piece of wood to secure the glass sliding door. The stairway had no hand rails or guards, which was a safety hassard.The upstairs outdoor patio wood floor was dry rotted which appeared to be safety hassard. The place was clean but old.

Nice place. Good price.

For the price it was a solid stay. Have stayed once before. Furniture is dated. Property manager is nice to work with. Very convenient and right on the trail.

Dallas wedding trip

We were in town for a few days for my nephews wedding and this place was perfect for us. Very clean, well equipped and the location is very convenient to downtown, Highland Park and University Park. We also loved being on the Katy Trail. Took several long walks and it was great. Also only a short 15-20 minute walk down to the Katy Trail Icehouse which we love!

Dallas Market Home away from home

Nice Apartment in Great Lication

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights while he was looking for an apartment in the Dallas area. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. It also has direct access to the Katy Trail and is a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping areas in Uptown. Highly recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Great location. Parking was a pain and some maintenance issues such as no handrail on stairs and tiny shower in second bedroom.

Great location, private, cozy and spacious 2BR

Really nice apartment with direct access to Katy Trail and on very quiet street in Uptown. Everything needed was there from coffee to shampoo. Clean and comfy. Only critique was 2nd bedroom bed was very firm. Otherwise great stay!

Spring break Uptown Dallas

The place is in a great location. Places to eat and shop are within 10 minutes drive time. The master bathroom ceiling was a 3/4 wall. You can’t not tell this from the pictures in the listing. In addition, there is no railing for the stairs. This made going up and down the stairs very concerning for all of us which included my elderly parents (85 & 86) and my 7 year old son The number of stairs was not issue. No railing on the stairs seems like this is some kind of house code violation. In addition, the listing indicates the kitchen has everything needed for cooking.. There were plenty of dishes. What was lacking were the items to cook with. There were 2 pans. And the pans were not in good condition. We used cooking oil and our eggs still stuck to the pan. There were no baking sheets for baking items like cookies or biscuits. But as I wrote, there were store close by for us to purchase what we needed. But for the cost of rental new cookware, addition of stair railing, and a full wall for the bathroom would make this place 5 stars!!
