Vår Hilltop Villa är en avkopplande, vacker och bekväm plats att ringa ditt hem hemifrån medan du semester på en av landets mest orörda platser utan att betala upprörande priser. Vi är perfekt beläget på 3600 ft höjd i Smoky Mountains, 2 miles öster om Cashiers, 12 miles öster om Highlands, och bara 2 1/2 timmar. från Atlanta.
Du hittar allt du behöver för att njuta av din vistelse inklusive trådlöst internet, 3 TV: er (Stor plattskärms-TV), DVD / VCR-spelare med videobibliotek, vedeldad spis, täckt däck som innehåller gott om sittplatser och en gasgrill för matlagning ! Husdjur är välkomna! 2 hundar max snälla.
Ett vackert möblerat stort rum med stor skön soffa i skinn, soffa och soffa, och 55-tums platt-TV med fin kök och matsal för 6 kompletterar övervåningen. Nedervåningen inkluderar sovrummet med king size-säng, nattduksbord, skrivbord med stol och platt-tv. Befälhavaren badet gränsar till sovrummet med separat stor fåfänga. Gäst sovrummet har full säng och nattduksbord med byrå och tv. Båda baden har kakelgolv och duschar samt stora speglar och takvärmare. Alla handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls. På baksidan av befälhavaren och gäst sovrummet hittar du vår mysiga slutna sovande veranda med dag säng och rulla tillsammans med liten tv med DVD-spelare.
Vårt hem har en tvättskåp med stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
En stor täckt veranda för utomhusavkoppling ligger utanför vardagsrummet på övervåningen med utsikt över bergen. Vi tycker att det är väldigt lugnt att sitta här ute och känna den svala fjällluften. Här finns också en gasgrill.
Vårt hem är en kort promenad till Fairfield Lake som på sommaren har kanoter, kajaker och andra roliga båtar att hyra.
Detta område har många golfbanor, fina restauranger, lokalt ägda bistroer, butiker, livsmedelsbutiker (Ingles) och
underbara vattenfall samt många andra attraktioner.
Alla bekvämligheter på Wyndham Resort finns tillgängliga för våra gäster (avgifter ingår inte).

Summer Retreat from the Heat

While the outside of the condos look a little tired, the setting is beautiful. Woodsy, hilly, but not isolated. The location was easy to find each time we returned from exploring the area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would rent this condo again.

Great Getaway

Property was very clean and comfortable, and location was great. The town of Cashiers was close by and so were the amenities at the Sapphire Country Club which we enjoyed. We had a very nice getaway from the heat at home and hope to do it again next year!

Great Family Condo

We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect setup for our family. The bed was comfortable, the living room was spacious and we appreciated that it was a smart TV so we could enjoy some shows after our little one went to bed. The location was perfect as it was just off the main road and less than 10 minutes from the crossroads in Cashiers.

Waterfall Weekend

We wanted to check out Gorges State Park and Find other waterfalls. The property was a perfect break when we weren't hiking. Very Cozy with an awesome porch. Owner was super nice and accomadated us well. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very comfortable condo and just lovely! We enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning in the future. The only suggestions I would make would be the addition of a toaster and towel rack in the master bath.

Great Family Stay

Condo was very thing advertised. Great for a small family or two couples. Deck looked brand new and we spent 3/4 of our time on it. Even though you were among condos, you felt like it was the middle of the woods, except for the highway noise nearby, but we got used to it. One of the advantages for a family is having access to the Resort facilities, especially the lake which was down the hill. We would easily return again.

Peaceful vacation

Me and my furry child stayed here for a week. It was very comfortable and peaceful. The bed was ultra soft, just as I like it and I slept so well. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The living room was very cozy as was the back porch with the rocking chairs. It was nicely located near the Sapphire Valley Resort and right behind Fairfield Lake. The big flat screen TV in the living room was nice for movies at night. I also enjoyed using the Wi-Fi and my Verizon cell phone worked just fine here. I look forward to staying here again in the future. I hated to go home!

Escaping the heat for the Holiday weekend

We had a great Fourth of July getaway and enjoyed the cooler temperatures in this lovely area. The condo was clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. It may matter to some that there is no bathroom on the main level, but it was ok for us. A small glitch in the master shower was noted and will be addressed by the very responsive owner. We enjoyed the central location and great access to resort amenities. Just a short drive to several waterfalls, hiking areas and great restaurants. Cashiers and Highlands have plenty to do on Independence Day, and a great small town flavor. Thank you!

New Years

We had a wonderful time. Our stay included our 11 year old son and 17 year old daughter who both had a blast. The amenities make everything worth it. We played putt putt, the arcade room, pool, hot tub , sauna and the fire pit is 24/7 which was wonderful to roast stores and tell ghost stories. This was a vacation we all enjoyed. The only issue I have is the sunroof which has a bed had no heat or air so we had to leave both other bedroom doors open to heat the other room. Overall we had a wonderful trip and we most definitely will be returning to this exact condo. Check in was easy as well and navigation of the property. My son loved someone had left cards so for the first time ever our family payed go fish and war each night outside which was lovely.

Beautiful Vacation Spot and Comfortable Condo!

Our stay began with a big surprise...we had to check in a little late (6pm) and it was already dark. I made the mistake of walking in and slowly feeling for a light switch near the door not knowing that there were stairs descending to the bedrooms immediately to the right. Yes, I fell down that half-flight of steps not knowing where I was or where I'd end up, but thankfully I didn't break anything! And the BEST thing about this condo is that the beds are SOOOOO comfy which really helped my sore back and neck muscles. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone, but warn you to PLEASE be careful when you first walk in and if it's after dark, turn on a flashlight and don't take a step to the right! (Maybe the owner could install a motion sensor light on the porch?)

Great Resort Area on Beautiful Lake

Great place to stay – we stayed in this resort area last year and loved it just as much this time. This unit was bigger than last one which was nice. The furniture and finishes are nicer too. Very comfortable and clean. Gas pit on balcony was very handy. The amenities of the resort area are great for young kids, especially the boat house- sailing, kayaking, paddle boards & boats – kids enjoyed swimming in the lake each evening. There’s a nice walking trail around the lake and a more advance hiking trail to the top of “Old Bald”. Only two minor complaints – wish this unit was closer to the lake (had to drive with the kids and ice chest, but can easily walk without a lot of items) & the front desk had a hard time getting my amenity cards – had to go back to unit to get information book as they couldn’t look up the reservations under the unit number or owner’s name – it was under the rental agancey name…??? and the lady at the front desk appeared to be aggregated as she was alone and there was a crowd at the desk.Other than her, everyone is extremely nice…the owner of the two sailboats at the boat house will give free sailing lessons with rental of his boats – he was extremely nice and likes to see his boats being used – lots of fun.

Our family is from Tallahassee, FL. We have been vacationing in Sapphire and nearby areas for over 40 years. There is no place like it. We purchased this home to continue to enjoy the area with our family and to offer as a retreat to others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We found Hilltop to be so convenient to all the wonderful areas around the smoky mountains and close enough to walk to Lake Fairfield. My grandparents owned a condo here in the 80's when the old Fairfield Inn was here. I also went to Camp Merrie-Woode which borders the lake and is a short walk from our condo. So many wonderful memories here!

We just love this cozy condo! Its nice and quiet and so comfortable to stay in. There are hardwood floors on the first floor and we have a great big stone wood burning fireplace that keeps us nice and toasty in the fall and winter. We have recently updated the downstairs with wood vinyl plank and new tile in baths. We have tastefully decorated with big cushy leather sofas and a comfy recliner. There is a 55' flat screen smart tv in the living room/ We love laying around and watching movies or sitting on the back porch and feeling the cool mountain breeze. Our kitchen is the perfect size for cooking family meals. The bedrooms downstairs are tucked away and peaceful with a large bonus sun / sleeping porch off the back. All beds are super comfy and we sleep so good! I hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. We never want to leave!
