Not value for money

This is an old and small home with a surprisingly high per-day rent and security deposit. They require the full security deposit upfront at the time of booking, and you don’t get it back until two weeks after checkout. The bedding and toiletries were cheap and disappointing. We ended up with the experience of a two-star motel, but paid five-star hotel prices. Not worth it—stay away!

Wondeful stay at a nice home

House was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Within 10 mins of the major attractions. I would recommend bringing sturdier pillows, but that is jist a personal preference. I would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Relaxing

The house was nice. The only issue we had was that the one bedroom with the crib only had thin print curtains and was not blackout when sun came up on that side of house. I believe every bedroom should be able to be completely dark for sleeping.

Cute House

House was clean and well situated for our group. Close to restraunts, shopping and our destination Niagara Falls. There was plenty of room for our group sleep wise and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if we get out that way. Off street parking was great as we were all on motorcycles and with bikes off the street made us feel better.

Comfy Niagara Falls Home

Home was clean, quiet, and included everything we could have needed. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and only 5-10 minutes from everything. Great location. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super close to falls

Very quiet neighborhood in older but updated home. Bedrooms are small but beds very comfy. Upstairs bath very cramped. Planty of room for big family, all appliances except dishwasher. Beautyard private parking at house off the street. Host responds quickly to calls, very friendly and helpful.

Impressive Niagara Falls

Initially the location looked a little shady but upon closer inspection all was fine. Just did not realize Niagara was such an older town. Kitchen a little crowded but everything else was fine. Beds and baths all comfortable and we spent 3 enjoyable nights. Good location and a short and easy drive to the falls.

Quiet and relaxing Falls weekend

The house was as advertised, clean and neat in a quiet convenient neighborhood and ideal for a family of four adults and two children. Basement was newly refinished and provided room to spread out.

We found this listing to be the perfect size for our group - plenty of space to spread out and having two bathrooms was important! Owner forgot to send check in information, but responded to my message immediately. House was clean and had almost everything we needed. Kitchen missing measuring cups and colander - necessary items when renting a home and planning to eat meals in. Kitchen table small and middle Couch uncomfortable in living room. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend to Others looking for a home with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms.

Very Clean

Communication was great. We received entrance information in advance of our arrival & Sam replied very quickly with any questions we had. The property was very clean & had plenty of supplies. We could actually walk barefoot without getting our feet dirty. The neighborhood is older & isn’t 100% kept up, but 99.9% of it is well maintained. We definitely felt safe & allowed our teen to go for a few evening runs in the neighborhood. We would love to stay at this property if we’re in the area again.

Average Stay

Property was clean. Room with crib was very bright(blinds did not block light and no dark curtains). Very little space in kitchen to prepare food. Neighbors lights shined through blinds at night, which affected sleep. Upstairs bathroom is very small. Make sure to watch your head in the basement as the ceiling is very low. Close to Niagara Falls, which is nice.

10 minutes away from the falls, quiet location. The house was unbelievably clean. Would certainly stay here again.

Great Location

We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was close to Niagara University and shopping and restaurants. We were 3 moms and 3 teenage boys. We had lots of space for everyone. We forgot an iPad at the house when we left and we were contacted right away so that we could go back to pick it up. We would stay there again.
