Fantastisk och vacker stuga bredvid floden Niagara i en charmig stad. Hemmet byggdes först 2015 med kärlek och omsorg, personligen designat av ägarbyggaren. Det finns inget som det här hemmet i området! Om de vackra keramiska golven inte förvånar dig kommer de underbara detaljerna att göra. Sov på en bekväm dubbelsäng med en barnmadrass tillgänglig. Bo på en underbar plats för den berömda Gateway Harbour säsongen och Canal Fest!

Detta är stuga på ett stort hörnparti. Vattnet kan ses direkt från de främre fönstren och dörren och är 3 minuters promenad bort, om så. Det finns en stor halvcirkel-uppfart delad med en annan enhet (bostäderna är helt separata). Du kan enkelt passa två bilar här. Det finns ingen gatuparkering över natten från november till april.

ID för alla gäster krävs vid incheckningen. Alla oregistrerade gäster är förbjudna på egendom.

Bo i ett vackert och historiskt område där bekvämligheten ligger bara några minuter bort. Ett berömt karusellmuseum, antika och underbara restauranger ligger precis i stan, 5 minuter bort. Det finns till och med ett slott i stan! Niawanda Park / Niagara River ligger bara några steg från ytterdörren. Lekplats, andra parker, 7/11, stormarknad är alla en 3 minuters bilresa på vägen. Mål, andra stora boxboxar, butiker, SUNY Buffalo, staden Buffalo är bara 15 minuter bort, Niagara Falls, Niagara-Buffalo Airport (BUF) och den kanadensiska gränsen 20 minuter bort, Toronto 90 minuter bort.

Great place to stay

The house was just as listed. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Place was clean and in a great location. Walk across street to park and the Niagara River. Close restaurants. Hostess was attentive and very helpful! Would recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future.

Sweet but had problems

The place was awesome for a weekend, but we ran into some problems. Dishes were dirty, so I had to rewash everything. The shower curtain didn't fully cover the shower, leaving a gap. Under the couch was disgusting – with the dishes, I couldn't tell what was clean! And the microwave was broken; it filled the place with smoke when we tried to use it. I think the smoke alarm was broken too, because it never went off. Great trip overall, but not as clean as I'd hoped.

Country Cottage in the City!

We spent 16 nights here between the Yurt & Cottage, Both properties are on the same lot but far enough apart to lend plenty of privacy to both. Circular driveway services both units that are supplied with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Both my wife & I agreed that we will return. The only issue I found was the showers did not have a safety rail or grab bars to hold onto to prevent one from falling & causing an injury, otherwise the Yurt & Cottage are great BnB places for a temporary get away or family visit.

This sq-yurt was just perfect for us!

All the nice things of a hotel, only more! This sq-yurt has a full sized kitchen, good-sized bedroom with an oh-so-wonderful mattress, a cute front porch where you can listen to music from a local joint 1 block away (the music ends around 10 pm and you can't hear it from the bedroom), and a nice living area. And, no noise from other guests! and off-street parking (a plus in the area where it is located). We were in Buffalo to visit family and friends and this little cottage was just perfect for us! Probably the nicest VRBO we've ever had.

Adorable Cottage

This is a clean and quaint cottage very close to a lovely river park with easy access to Buffalo. The bed and couch/bed are very comfortable and it is well climate-controlled. It was stocked and furnished with everything we needed for a multi-night stay and communication with the owner was quick and thorough. Would stay again!

Cute property, excellent location

Small, perfect for 2, little Squrt. Great amenties, full kitchen, well equipped. Fabulous location, right next to river, with walking paths. Note: Bedroom is separated by a curtain and walls do not go all the way to the ceiling, so a bit challenged if 1 of us is ready for bed and the other is not, as the light does come through. Open and airy, we would likely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Buffalo.

A cute yurt

The yurt was like a tiny house. It was nicely decorated and close to the water. The host was quick to answer any questions. The only suggestions i have are the need for pot holders, & a rack for hand towel near the bathroom sink. I would recommend it.

Perfect Get Away

The "squrt" was as described, but better when you see it. Nice simple decor that we found relaxing and clean. Location is perfect, 2 places to eat within walking distance and a park along the river. Going back when we can stay longer than a weekend!

Birthday Vacation!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week for my birthday and really enjoyed our stay! Did lots of sight seeing and visited Niagara Falls (MUST SEE!!) I am a huge plant lover and the decoration of the place was awesome! The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the water and places to eat.

Birthday Vacation

This little cottage was the perfect choice near the attraction that my sister and I wanted to visit. As a birthay gift to my sister and I we stayed here to be able to enjoy Niagara Falls and a little of what the town and Buffalo had to offer. The cottage was clean and equiped with everything we needed. Management was quick to respond to messages and was friendly. My siter and I were very satisfied with our stay!

Great location

Perfect getaway for my “snow -cation”. Close to everything from Niagara Falls to Buffalo. The only thing I think needs to be added - was cookware. I was surprised to find very little cooking items compared to other rentals. Since part of my vacay was cooking with my granddaughter this was challenging.

Nice place to be snowbound

I stayed here with my two adult children during the Christmas blizzard of 2022 and though I was frustrated by the travel bans I was glad to be in a warm place with all the necessities. And I was relieved to have power the entire time despite high winds. Jolee was kind to check on us and available for any questions I had. I would recommend staying here (although I might check the weather forecast more closely next time I visit family in Buffalo in December)

Home away from home

The house was easy to locate. It is nicely decorated and felt cozy. Jolie was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and visit. Also tips on going to Niagara Falls, Canada.

Great place!

Great place for a getaway with your significant other or BFF. Home is beautifully furnished and has everything that you need. Off street parking, too! We loved that you can not only walk in along the river on a great paved path with separate bike lanes, but also to have a meal and/or ice cream. Old Man River's is right on the corner (do note that they sometimes have live music that you can hear from the place, which we enjoyed) and other places are nearby as well. We felt very safe walking down the street to them and back. Everything else we planned do was within a 20 minute drive as well. Host was great and extremely responsive. Would love to come stay again, although next time we might try the adjacent Yurt! :D

Enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the host was accommodating and attentive.

This is a wonderful location. There was live music at Old Man River in the corner until 9 every night. Take this into consideration if you will be trying to relax or watch Tv in the early evening hours.
