HÀrlig stuga nÀra Niagara Falls och Buffalo

Fantastisk och vacker stuga bredvid floden Niagara i en charmig stad. Hemmet byggdes först 2015 med kÀrlek och omsorg, personligen designat av Àgarbyggaren. Det finns inget som det hÀr hemmet i omrÄdet! Om de vackra keramiska golven inte förvÄnar dig kommer de underbara detaljerna att göra. Sov pÄ en bekvÀm dubbelsÀng med en barnmadrass tillgÀnglig. Bo pÄ en underbar plats för den berömda Gateway Harbour sÀsongen och Canal Fest!

Detta Àr stuga pÄ ett stort hörnparti. Vattnet kan ses direkt frÄn de frÀmre fönstren och dörren och Àr 3 minuters promenad bort, om sÄ. Det finns en stor halvcirkel-uppfart delad med en annan enhet (bostÀderna Àr helt separata). Du kan enkelt passa tvÄ bilar hÀr. Det finns ingen gatuparkering över natten frÄn november till april.

ID för alla gÀster krÀvs vid incheckningen. Alla oregistrerade gÀster Àr förbjudna pÄ egendom.

Bo i ett vackert och historiskt omrÄde dÀr bekvÀmligheten ligger bara nÄgra minuter bort. Ett berömt karusellmuseum, antika och underbara restauranger ligger precis i stan, 5 minuter bort. Det finns till och med ett slott i stan! Niawanda Park / Niagara River ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn ytterdörren. Lekplats, andra parker, 7/11, stormarknad Àr alla en 3 minuters bilresa pÄ vÀgen. MÄl, andra stora boxboxar, butiker, SUNY Buffalo, staden Buffalo Àr bara 15 minuter bort, Niagara Falls, Niagara-Buffalo Airport (BUF) och den kanadensiska grÀnsen 20 minuter bort, Toronto 90 minuter bort.

We absolutely loved our little cottage in Tonawanda. It was our home base for one week. Jolee was so easy to contact if need be. We loved being able to walk for ice-cream at night and sit in the park across the street enjoying the views. Never once did we feel unsafe. Thanks Jolee for a wonderful week. We hope to be back in the future!

Short and sweet stay

We had a swim meet 10 miles away, straight shot, to the pool. We were able to get groceries about a mile away and be able to relax.between meet days. It was a quick drive to Niagara Falls.The VRBO was very clean and had plenty to do within walking distance. The host was very kind and very communicative answered all our questions and gave a list of things to do on our trip.. I highly recommend this cute cottage if visiting the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Easy, lovely

We had a lovely few days out of the city - wanted to see Niagara Falls, enjoyed a couple of really nice eateries in Tonawanda. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable and well appointed. Easy on, easy off, and pleasant walks by the nearby river.

Perfect to visit with our Tonawanda family!

We came into town for a family event and this house was a perfect home base! Nice quiet neighborhood but with the river walk and several restaurants just a few steps away. Everything was as shown in the listing, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great place to stay

The house was just as listed. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Place was clean and in a great location. Walk across street to park and the Niagara River. Close restaurants. Hostess was attentive and very helpful! Would recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future.

Sweet but had problems

The place was awesome for a weekend, but we ran into some problems. Dishes were dirty, so I had to rewash everything. The shower curtain didn't fully cover the shower, leaving a gap. Under the couch was disgusting – with the dishes, I couldn't tell what was clean! And the microwave was broken; it filled the place with smoke when we tried to use it. I think the smoke alarm was broken too, because it never went off. Great trip overall, but not as clean as I'd hoped.

Country Cottage in the City!

We spent 16 nights here between the Yurt & Cottage, Both properties are on the same lot but far enough apart to lend plenty of privacy to both. Circular driveway services both units that are supplied with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Both my wife & I agreed that we will return. The only issue I found was the showers did not have a safety rail or grab bars to hold onto to prevent one from falling & causing an injury, otherwise the Yurt & Cottage are great BnB places for a temporary get away or family visit.

This sq-yurt was just perfect for us!

All the nice things of a hotel, only more! This sq-yurt has a full sized kitchen, good-sized bedroom with an oh-so-wonderful mattress, a cute front porch where you can listen to music from a local joint 1 block away (the music ends around 10 pm and you can't hear it from the bedroom), and a nice living area. And, no noise from other guests! and off-street parking (a plus in the area where it is located). We were in Buffalo to visit family and friends and this little cottage was just perfect for us! Probably the nicest VRBO we've ever had.

Adorable Cottage

This is a clean and quaint cottage very close to a lovely river park with easy access to Buffalo. The bed and couch/bed are very comfortable and it is well climate-controlled. It was stocked and furnished with everything we needed for a multi-night stay and communication with the owner was quick and thorough. Would stay again!
