PLATS - Detta hem ligger i Lago Vista, som är omgivet av vackra Texas Hill Country, 40 miles från Austins centrum 6: e gatan, 50 miles från F1 Race Track och 45 miles från Austin Bergström International Airport. Du kommer att vara nära Hill Country vinprovning eller vandring samt tillräckligt nära för att njuta av många aktiviteter i Austin.

Perfect!

I just spent a week here with my family, and it was perfect for us! My kids are 11, 8, and 8, and they loved jumping off the deck and swimming in the cove. The house was well stocked, clean, and just perfect for us! It was located just right that we were able to watch both sunsets and sunrises. It was also super close to two boat rental places which we took full advantage of during the week. I would stay here again if possible!

The best lake house

What an amazing house, it really made our special trip so wonderful. The location on the lake, the size of the house, the amenities it has are all fantastic. We were celebrating two big birthdays and wanted a place for us to all relax and spend some quality time together, this place couldnt have been any better for us. The decks are wonderful, the views are amazing and to have your own dock on the water to relax, swim and have fun was brilliant. I couldnt recommend this place enough, it really is great for our needs. Thank you so so much.

Nice and Clean Lake House

We had a great stay. The house was very clean house fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, hand and dish soaps and paper products. Boat dock on the lake is beautiful, but challenging to get to. Very steep concrete stairs leading down to it but lots of fun once you get there. 2 paddle boards (decent shape) and a canoe (good shape) were available. Communication with the host Andrea was awesome. She was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

i want to live here

house was perfect for us. not far from a nice gas station and liquor store. dock is awesome but getting down from the house to the dock is a bit treacherous and steep due to the landscape. if you have any mobility issues or small children this is not a place for you. breath taking views and adorable/quiet neighborhood. clean grill and outdoor patio area.

Perfect family summer wind down

Host was very responsive to questions. Great communication. Kitchen & grill were equipped with all amenities. Surprised to find Lily Pad and 2 SUPs in addition to listed kayak. Quiet deep cove. Amazing views. Of note, stairs and ramp leading to dock are a little steep. It was fine for myself and college age kids as we are all reasonably fit. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was a fantastic getaway from the city!!

Quaint, quirky, and absolutely perfect!

This house is so cute with a treehouse vibe. It’s small but they made the best use of the space and our family of 5 enjoyed being close. The hosts are extremely generous with letting guests use their dock, canoe, lily pad, 2 SUP’s and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need! Property was very clean and well-maintained. The cove is peaceful and perfect! However, I would not feel comfortable renting here with younger children or elderly. The climb down to the dock is extremely steep with no handrails. There is a sharp drop off with no barrier on the yard under the house or the parking area. We really loved our stay and just pray no one gets hurt at this amazing property!

Fantastic.

My stay was fantastic. The house is so beautiful. The views are amazing! We really enjoyed just hanging out and resting. The house was quiet and very comfortable. It is so nice to hear the waves and water of the lake. The house was very clean and very pretty. It was a great stay. We would stay here again. Thank you so much for keeping the house in such great condition.

Nice view and comfortable home

The house itself was wonderful! Very modern and cozy. The lake level was down a lot so no using boat ramp next to house. We had to travel over an hour for closest ramp which is in no way a reflection of property. Just information for future renters looking for property with boat ramp nearby. With water level so low … the hike from house to boat dock is very strenuous. And steep. In total it is roughly 100 steps up a steep incline. I would not recommend to someone elderly or with small children. The property owner is very quick to reply to any messages or issues. And was very empathetic about boat ramp issue. Also currently, June 2024, construction is going on next door so it is loud and construction vehicles have been blocking the road coming and going from house. All in all, we had a good time, but will check out water levels and other criteria in any future stays.

Great house in secluded area

House and layout were perfect for our family of 4. My adult son was uncomfortable on mattress in double room, so may be better suited for children. We were there (May 2024) when water was very low. There was plenty of water in the deep cove for any activities, but be aware the stairs down to water level are very steep with no handrails (appx 30 stairs). As water levels (and dock) rise, this would not be an issue.

Epic Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at North Shore! Everything in the listing's description was exactly as stated. Comfy living, great location and the use of the boat dock was key to making it a perfect vacation. Communication with host was spot on. Can't wait till our next opportunity to come back... and we will definitely want to stay there again!

Great home, kids didn’t want to leave

We’ve been here 2 summers in a row. It’s a great quick family getaway, kids never want to go home. I really wish it was more affordable though, but it is a great place!

Amazing Location and Property

This is our third time renting a house on Lake Travis and this was our favorite house so far. The views from the house are amazing and the dock added a whole extra level of fun. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The only downside (nothing to do with the house) us that there aren't many grocery stores on that side of the lake and driving to the more populated parts of the lake or to Austin takes quite a while. But the quiet and peacefulness of the area more than makes up for the extra drive time.

Spacious lake house - fun boat dock

The home is wonderful and can easily accommodate six people. Two of us had to work virtually all day and the WiFi was strong and reliable. The two level boat dock was very fun and the view from the house is amazing.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was beautiful. We have rented many homes with VRBO. If I could add a picture of the beautiful sunset and sunrise I would. The house was very clean and updated with new appliances and furniture. The owners were very kind and available for questions. The house is located in a cove that is low key and very nice for swimming and relaxing. We brought our boat and love the calmness of Lake Travis. It was an absolute amazing time. I would highly recommend the house. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place

The kids had a great time swimming & paddle boating. The water is so clear & green/blue that everyone thought we were on some exotic islands from our pics. I loved the kitchen and everyone enjoyed their stay. We wanted to rent a jet ski but too bad we are located on “the other side” of the lake, there are only 2 water sports rentals on this side of town and they were fully booked for the day. On the other side of the lake there r at least 20 different places, but they are 50min drive. We didn’t need to rent a boat since our backyard is pretty much a platoon boat, but going jet ski would have been nice. Will plan ahead next time. Other than the being far from things, we loved everything about our stay. The sunrise view is AMAZING! No sunset view other than watching the sun disappear behind a mountain. Wish the sunset view was as nice as the sunrise so I didn’t have to wake up at 6am to watch the sunrise but u can’t have everything.
