PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, HEATED POOL, SEAVIEW VILLA, ST. THOMAS, USVI, SLEEPS 8

Seaview Villa, St. Thomas, USVI, sits elevated above the Caribbean sea with Hans Lollick Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 18' heated pool that was just refinished in August 2025.

Once you enter the beautiful arched wooden double doors you will immediately see the private pool and ocean views for miles! The villa sits surrounded by palm trees and beautiful island tropical foliage providing total seclusion. The villa grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation, custom stone walkways and two stone private patio areas.

Four renovated bathrooms, a half bath off the kitchen area.
Four large bedrooms have brand new black out drapery on the windows and sliding doors. Each with ensuite bathroom, Split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort.

One of the bedrooms features a king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated.
Kitchen has mahogany cabinets with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with plates, pot and pans etc.

The Living Room has leather sofas, HD TV, Wi-Fi and AC.
The two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging. Brand new large grill with side burner as of August 2025.

Kitchen and living room were freshly painted white in August of 2025, new photos will be uploaded as soon as they are available.

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, Seaview Villa will check all those boxes. If you happen to get to see a full moon while visiting, it is completely amazing to see, including the stars on a clear night. Whale watching can be seen right from the pool deck at the right time of year. Sit and watch boats go by including some amazing yachts and catamarans.

The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse and an entrance gate that requires a code upon entry.

A car is required for transportation to and from this property.

Complimentary concierge service can be arranged for airport pickup and a villa tour upon arrival. (must be arranged at least a week prior to your stay, may not be available for last minute bookings)

Just a few minutes drive away from the beautiful Magens Bay Beach. You will find beach items such as beach towels, toys, coolers and beach chairs located near the pool area to make your trip enjoyable without the stress of purchasing or bringing these items with you.

Seaview Villa provides solar power with a backup generator in case of any power outages during your stay.

Villa owners are located on island and near by should rental guests need assistance.

Family Vacation

We stayed at Lovenlund Estate on St. Thomas. The place was on the hilltop over looking the water and had beautiful views. The accommodations were great and everyone had their own privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting St. Thomas on an extended vacation. We were there for a week.

Beautiful place, comfortable stay, and quiet location. Would absolutely recommend! It’s a tricky drive in and out of the neighborhood but you’ll experience that everywhere in St. Thomas. You need a car to get to anything but the house is convenient enough to all the island highlights. The AC is super cold in all the rooms. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We had eight adults and were very happy with our stay here.

Stunning Villa

My family (3 adults, 2 teen boys) stayed at the villa for a week. The view was magnificent, the location perfect (within 25 min of everything on island), accommodation breathtaking. Wedding in paradise

We were in St. Thomas for our son’s wedding at Villa Norbu and for a week long family vacation. Everything was beautiful!!! Our accommodations here were perfect and everyone had their own personal space. We enjoyed long, lazy days at the pool with a spectacular view when we didn’t have wedding activities to attend. Other than the wedding we enjoyed Magen’s Bay and a boat excursion to explore the other islands. Your VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family.

Spring Break

Overall the stay was great. Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication about the cleaning of the property but we were compensated for that. My college kids enjoyed the house. I loved the layout of the house. Everything was nice. Our last night in town, we lost power but that happens often there. I would definitely decline to rent this property again when we go back.

Paradise For Christmas

All four bedrooms offer their own private “retreat”. It was perfect for our young adult children. It’s a very quick ride to Magen’s Bay
we tried other beaches but decided that Magen was our favorite. The views are spectacular, the pool is relaxing, and just the perfect spot for a larger group.

The view

This was a girl’s trip of 8 adult women. The location is a bit away from the main tourist areas but we had a car rental so were able to go wherever. You’ll definitely need to rent a car if you stay here. The house is nestled into the side of the hill with tremendous views of BVI! Woke up every morning to a splendid sunrise! If you are looking for a great grocery store it’s about 15 mins away called cost-u-less. They have everything you need. We had a really enjoyable time. If you’re looking for a great catamaran trip look up “sailmeow st Thomas”. They were excellent! Food was great as well!

Joel‘s place is absolutely amazing. We had three adult couples in our party. I didn’t expect the set up and it was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms was downstairs and very private. Upstairs there were two separate buildings so each couple got their own building. We absolutely loved it and it did not disappoint. It was equipped with all the towels and amenities we needed for the beach. There was a bonus in the kitchen with all the spices and oils. You have all the cookware and dinner where you need. Thank you so much for everything!
