We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful mountain living and easy access to adventure. Tucked into a quiet, family-friendly part of Massanutten Resort, the area feels like a true retreatâsurrounded by trees, fresh air, and wildlife, yet just minutes from all the fun: the waterpark, ski slopes, hiking trails, and golf course.
What we enjoy most is how relaxing and safe it feels here. Kids can play in the yard while adults unwind on the deck or around the firepit.
