Välkommen till vårt HEM på över 3 000 kvadratmeter, 5 sovrum med en vacker trädgård i en mycket ganska cul-de-sac. Vi är mindre än 5 mil från NASA. Kör dit inom några minuter och njut av Space Center och Houston kommandocenter för NASA.
Vi är mindre än 25 minuters bilresa till hamnområdet och Kemah Boardwalk. Vi är halvvägs mellan den stora staden Houston och ön Galveston vid havet. 55 km från Galveston och 30 km från Houston centrum.

Vi har en underbar sovrumsvit med Kalifornien King size-säng med privat master badrum.
Det finns 2 queen size-sängar och två full size-sängar i andra 4 sovrum.

Det finns ett stort familjerum med direkt utsikt över trädgården och ett stort formellt vardagsrum i kombination med det formella matsalen.

Laga mat i det stora gourmetköket med avancerade apparater.
Ät middag i den formella matsalen med möbler i palisander.
Ta en avslappnad familjemåltid på den stora bänkskivan i granitköket eller vid glasfrukostbordet vid vikfönstret med utsikt över den vackra trädgården.

Håll dig underhållen med kabel-TV och DVD-spelare på den stora 65 tums TV i familjerummet.

Gör din livsmedelsaffär i våra närbutiker, HEB, Kroger, Randall's eller Walmart, som ligger inom några minuters bilresa från vårt hem.
Kör cirka en halvtimme till Houston och njut av allt som Houston har att erbjuda från utställningar, pjäser, Zoo, Museum of Art, Museum of Natural Science, Medical Center etc.

Baybrook köpcentrum ligger bara några minuter från huset med alla moderna butiker och restauranger.

Ät vid Kemah Boardwalk längs vattnet och njut av segelbåtarna och se på båtarna förbi. Kör cirka 38 minuter till ön Galveston och tillbringa dagen på stranden promenader, doppa i havet, solbad, shoppa eller äta på restaurangerna när du tittar på solnedgången.

Detta hem är ett utmärkt hem i Texas som kommer att njuta av den stora Gulf Coast-regionen som är tillräckligt nära Houston men borta från all trafik och överbelastning i storstaden.

Large family home

This was a last minute rental due to our other rental being flooded out. The hosts were very easy to work with. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from!

We were in town for my mother’s 86th birthday and had a great stay. Appreciated a lower level master for my mother so she didn’t have to navigate stairs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay again!!

Beautiful house in a perfect location.

The house is beautiful with many comfortable beds. We used it for home base for several days of wedding activities. Loved it and will look to stay again when we have family events in Houston.

Beautiful

The stay was amazing my two babies enjoyed running in the back yard.. instructions to get in and to leave was very self explanatory quiet area which a plus for me… overall stay was great main bed was really hard and no local channels available but overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable…I’ll definitely book again

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The property was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Definitely a must stay. My group loved their stay the only downfall was the rain because we were unable to enjoy the properties gorgeous backyard. I will must certainly look to book again!

A good place to stay

We were pleased overall with our stay. The house is spacious and cozy and the yard beautifully landscaped. We would have been more comfortable if we could have set the thermostat a little lower than the 72 degree limit (we're from Colorado and not used to the heat ha ha). It was especially warm in the master bedroom. A couple of the faucet fell off in the bathrooms and there was no drain plug for the upstairs bath, making it difficult to bathe the kiddos.

Home was lovely and restful. An ideal setting for our family of 10. Well equipped. Great location

Well equipped, beautiful home. Gorgeous back yard, perfect for kids to run and play and adults to enjoy lunch or morning coffee. The hosts were quick to respond and answer questions about nearby shopping, restaurants and attractions. Located in quiet neighborhood. Loved our Christmas holiday home!

Perfect House in Clear Lake

The owners were super responsive. The house was clean. Plenty of cooking utensils. AC was ice cold. Back patio was great for hanging out at night. Beds were comfy. What else can you say??? It was perfect for our family stay.

Beautiful home

I came with two friends to host my nieces baby shower. We only were there for a few hours every night and slept there but the home was very comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy, but it was a great home. Recommend it. Very spacious.

Clear Lake Home

Lovely house, very comfortable. Friends and family gathered over the weekend to clear out the family home and get it ready for sale. Several long days for us, so it was lovely to be able to come back to a place where we could relax, have a common room for visiting. Thanks very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Home

The home is lovely and well-appointed. The only surprise was lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen which caused a last-minute grocery run. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! When I contacted the owner with a question he responded very quickly. I would rent it again.

NCAA Baytown house

Very nice house in central location close to mall and the Baytown country club. We enjoyed the house for it’s size. We thank the owner for helping us with issues! The only reason we give four stars is it the central air did not work in the upstairs all week.

Nice comfortable property

We were in town for a collegiate golf tournament at Bay Oaks Country Club. This property was close to the course. Appreciated having soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom (I always forget mine). We had a comfortable stay, only negative was the owner did not want us entertaining or hosting a larger group (we wanted to provide a meal for the golf team and coaches) at the property so we had to change our plans last minute to a local restaurant. Would stay again at this property.

An Awesome Gem in the Heart of Houston!

Sam and Sabina have master the art of vacation rentals. Reservation was quick, easy and efficient. Instructions were written down and accessible. And the home was a perfection. The location - close enough to main attractions but far enough you didn’t hear the noise. The furniture in each room was elegant but offer comfort. It was stock with every necessary appliance. And then it was the backyard- TRANQUILL! Perfection!

Fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic one month stay at Sabiha and Sam's home. I rented the home with 4 others. We were all taking a course at JSC, and the location here is fantastic for anything around the space center. The home was beautiful, well kept, and everything was in great condition. We were very comfortable even with 5 adults all in different rooms. Sabiha was incredibly responsive with helping us to organize everything, and she and Sam even purchased some additional kitchen supplies for us! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for sharing your home with us for a wonderful month!

Beautiful home and yard, very responsive hosts

From the very beginning, Sam and Sabiha were very responsive and helpful. My out-of-town family greatly enjoyed the size and comfort of the home, and the upscale appointments. The yard is wonderful, and even though it’s located in a subdivision, the trees and landscaping give it a secluded and private feel. This property is an awesome value when compared with a hotel, and we found it to be the nicest VRBO property in the area. If the need ever arises again, we would book this place again in a heartbeat. A beautiful, clean property along with caring hosts is a winning combination! Highly recommended! The tangerine trees yield sweet fruit as an added bonus!

Celebrating Kat’s 60

We were a party of 5 sisters with 2 husbands. This beautiful home had 5 bedrooms which was perfect for us. Six of us travelled from Mississippi to celebrate our sister who lives in Houston turning 60. This home accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We only dined out three times during our 7 day stay. We cooked a lot. Everything was very comfortable just like being at home. Very well decorated and just really really nice. We did miss having more TVs for leisure time but we made it work. I’d recommend bringing your iPad or laptop to catch your favorite shows. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. Very close to dining and shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this wonderful house to anyone wanting to stay in this area and we certainly plan to rent it again. Should be noted only the huge master bedroom is downstairs. Elderly people may find the stairs challenging up upstairs bedrooms and bath. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Nice home with very nice back yard but no TV access

Home was furnished nicely and had a large, fenced in back yard. Family room TV received no local live stations (so no local weather forecasts) and no sports stations. (Ex. ESPN: we were asked to sign in.) We received a long list of instructions on being quiet in both the front and back of the house, in parking our cars, and when entering and leaving. It seemed almost as if the owners didn't want the neighbors to know anyone was staying there. There was also a large note of admonition in the kitchen saying that this home was "not a rental property." But, we paid to stay there. Doesn't that make it a rental property? Because of all the admonitions and instructions left by the homeowner, I felt self conscious all the time I was on the property. I was unable to relax since we were unable to watch TV at all. I just felt like I was imposing and that at any moment I might bother the neighbors. Perhaps, I'm just too sensitive. P.S. The gutters need to be cleaned out.
